Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company, Inc. Reviews (85)

Good Morning,Our area manager spoke to this customer and resolved the issue.  She will continue to rent with Enterprise and will reach out to our area manager in her area if she needs anything in the future.  Thank you.

To
whom it may concern:Please
accept this correspondence as our response to the complaint filed by [redacted]. We have reviewed the concerns raised by Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted]
rented a 2014 Toyota Rav4 from Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Wisconsin, LLC dba
Enterprise Rent-A-Car at its 310 W...

Wisconsin Ave Milwaukee, WI location.At
the time of rental, a vehicle inspection was completed in the presence of Ms.
[redacted] and it was determined to be rented without existing damage. This was
confirmed by Ms. [redacted] by her initialing on the face of the rental agreement
as acknowledgement of the vehicle condition. The vehicle was returned with
damage to the location noted above. Pursuant to the rental agreement signed by
Ms. [redacted], she is responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle which
occurs during her rental period. After reviewing the concerns
presented by Ms. [redacted], and notwithstanding the foregoing contractual
obligation, we have closed our file with the payment amount of $218.10 that we
have already obtained from Ms., [redacted] and her insurance company, Geico.  At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, we strive to satisfy
all our customers by providing excellent customer service. We hope that our
diligent efforts to resolve and address this matter have demonstrated our
commitment to customer service. Sincerely, Sincerely,

Our Area Manager spoke with Mr. [redacted] and apologized for his
frustrations with his rental experience on his pick up date.  The Area Manager also
followed up with him last Monday and made arrangements to meet him at his gym
to switch him into a different vehicle of his...

choosing.  Additionally for
the inconvenience, customer was told he would have no personal out of pocket expense
while his insurance company is paying for his vehicle for driving the upgraded
vehicle.  He has the Area Manager's cell phone number should he
have any follow up needs.  This concern can be closed.  Thank you.[redacted]Enterprise

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mangement at downtown Milwaukee told me that my deposit will be returned when I returned the rental. They never stated nor does it say in the contract in which I signed that my deposit won't be returned under the circumstance of extending a rental. If I asked to extend my rental and pay the amount per day of 78.10. How is my deposit just gone because I extended my rental. That doesn't make any sense. This company has ruined my thanksgiving Holliday and continue to be a inconvenience. Exceptional customer service would be to take care of the 81.48 and return my deposit as I was told it would be refunded when the rental was returned and inspected and there was nothing wrong with the rental, when I returned it.
Regards,

Review: I was required to rent a car due to my vehichle being repaired from an accident. The employee (D) I dealt with on June 17, 2013, 10:00 a.m., in the Mukwonago, WI. Enterprise office was rude, brusque, and in a rush. He asked if I wanted insurance from Enterprise. I very clearly said no. When it was time to sign the contract, he pointed to specific places to sign. I left the office thinking I declined all insurance coverage since I had my own. The car was returned on July 3, 2013. My $29.00 deposit was not returned. I was told I'd receive that back after returning the car. July 10, 2013, $256.00 was withdrawn from my account for insurance from Enterprise. I called the office July 10, July 17, and July 19, 2013, and spoke to the same employee (D). I was assured by this employee (D), that he would resolve this matter, return half or all of the $256.00, and that his manager (M) would call me. Manager (M) is non-existent. To this date, August 7, 2013, I have not received a call from the manager, not received any of the $256.00, nor my $29.00 deposit. This is an extremely poor way for a company to deal with their customers. What a shame it is, that this office can behave in such an unprofessional manner, and show such a lack of decent customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone, nor personally use their car rental service ever again.Desired Settlement: I would like my $29.00 deposit returned, along with the $256.00 for insurance I declined.

Terrible service I'll never rent a car from this business as they ruined my trip for my family. I had reserved a large suv the day prior to needing the rental their website even offered me the option to choose it. I walked down to enterprise to pick up my reserved large suv and the guy tells me he called me 15 mins before they closed which was a lie he called me with only a minute to call back and the line was busy. I walked to enterprise the following day for my planned trip to find out they couldn't accommodate me. What a joke don't rent from these guys they won't have the vehicle u reserved!

Review: On June 30th my insurance company rented a car for me, as my car was in an accident. I had requested something mid-size as I am not a small person. When the Delavan location called to conform my rental, I had asked what car they would be providing me, I was told a Chevy cruze, I reminded them that I was going to need something bigger than that. They informed me that my insurance company only covers up to $30.00 a day, and that the next size car I would be responsible for any overages. I agreed to this. This was around 10:30 in the morning, I had also informed them that I would be calling for a pickup between 2 or 3 in the afternoon. At this time there seemed to be no confusion as to what was needed or expected of Enterprise. When I called just after 2 that afternoon, the Delavan location was confused as to why I was calling. I reminded them that I informed them that I was going to need the car today. I was picked up in the Chevy Cruze, when I was dropped off at the Delavan location, I was treated with no respect, and the male employee, I believe his name was Chris, working had no professional work ethic about himself, the way he talked along with his dress showed no since of customer service. When I was about to leave he told me it would be my responsibility to figure out how to get a bigger size car. On my way home I called the customer service number, each person would just transfer me to someone else but not help me. I finally got someone who was able to assist me in finding a larger car, I was directed to go to the Mukwonago WI location, and this is about a 35 minute drive out of my way. The gentleman, I believed his name was Craig, who was there was more than willing to do whatever he could to help me. He was very polite and professional but in his appearance and customer service. I left the location happy and with a Chevy Impala, this is something that I was able to fit into. Over the 4th of July weekend the tire pressure light came on, I tried putting air in the tire that the car indicated needed air, this did not turn the sincere off, but instead the car said there was less air in the tire when I started. I called Monday July 6 to talk to the customer service number to see what I need to do about this, as the car has something wrong with it but I should not be driving it. I talked to an employee named [redacted], employee id number [redacted], she was rude and refused to help me with this issue. It has been 3 hours and I am still waiting on someone from enterprise to tell me what I need to do with the car. With it not being my car I should not be responsible to fix it, nor should I be put in a position to have no car as it is their car to fix.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

At this point, I feel Enterprise needs to provide me with a car of my liking while my car is being fixed, along with neither should I or my insurance company pay for any of this.

I just wanted to send a message so that you are aware of my experience with Enterprise Rent A Car - 5623 N Greenbay Ave - Glendale, WI 53209. When I dropped off my vehicle at Concours Body Works on Tuesday - July 23rd - I had a standing reservation for Enterprise to pick me up at 12:30pm to take me to pick up my rental car. I called them at 12:20 pm told them I was ready to be picked up and they told me they had no drivers at the office so it would be a 15 minute wait. At 12:45 I call back to let them know that no one has come to pick me up and she the driver was on his way.

At 1:00pm - one of the guys at Body Works by Concours said enough is enough he gave me a ride to Enterprise. I arrive at Enterprise at 1:10pm. They had no cars on their lot for me to rent. The driver finally gets there at 1:15 to drive me to what they call an off site location to pick up a car which ends up being in the inner city of Milwaukee in a horrible neighborhood to a place of business to pick up my rental. My rental car was a small compact - Nissan Versa bright blue and when I opened the door the car smelled horribly of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The car was filthy with ashes all over. The driver his name was [redacted] was embarrassed and told me he was so sorry about the car and that they had no more cars so if I could drive this now and they will switch me out into a better car soon. I took the car and had it cleaned - deodorized and had to clean the windows the carpet the dash, everything had to be wiped down. Today [redacted] from Enterprise calls me 08-01-13 - he tells me I need to give then a $25.00 deposit for the rental car. I told him no one told me of this at the time I rented the car. He said - they must have forgotten. I told him after what I went through, I was not giving him $25.00 for anything. Unless they want to reimburse me for the cleaning of the car that I did. He said he would forget about the $25.00. This experience with Enterprise has been horrible

Service date was 8/5/15 and the service was professional and I paid with my credit card. I have not used my credit cards since that day. I notice there was a transaction pending for the date of 8/9/15 at a red-box DVD rental where I never use red-box DVD rental which was a red flag to me. I called the credit card customer service immediately to let them know that I did not make any purchase to a red-box DVD rental. I am glad that I was able to stop the transaction on time; but only inconveniences were waiting 5 days for a new card.

Review: I rented a car from the Enterprise in Mukwonago. I originally was going to use a different Enterprise location but since they had no vehicles available, so the Mukwonago Enterprise offered to match the price if I came to them to rent. I was quoted 184.86 per week. This amount was held on my credit card at first, but never officially charged. Due to unforeseen circumstances I ended up keeping the car from 10/29/13 until 2/28/14. I did call to check in with them since they did not call to check in with me. Every time I called they would just say that they were in either a car wash or picking someone up so they would just extend it when they got back to the office. I asked repeatedly to have my card charged through out having the car but they never did. They held money, but never would charge it. The amounts were always under the 1,000 limit of my credit card. I have rented from Enterprise before and was always charged weekly. After asking repeatedly, they finally told me that I would get a long term discount and that was part of the reason they would not charge it because that would come off the total bill. This discount is not reflected on the bill. When I was ready to return the car I began to call more and more about getting an exact price and to give a second card. Almost every time I called I either was told they were not in front of the computer (In the car wash, picking people up, etc) or I would just get the voicemail. One time someone picked up and said "We're closing call tomorrow at 8am" and was hung up on. I did call at 8am the next day, there was no answer. Finally I got a hold of someone at another location and was told about 5 different prices (all of which were very very off) One was even as high as 4.800, which there was no possible way it was that high. After trying to discuss the breakdown with the person they said they could not tell me because they could not understand the computer and I had to call and talk to the manager [redacted]. It took me another full week to get a hold of him, as I was always told "He was not in the office." I finally decided to return the car even though we had not agreed on a price so I would stop incurring more charges. I was nervous to do this but did not want to have to pay more, I had already kept the car for over a week longer than I had wanted to while trying to solve this. After speaking with him I was given the price of 3820.08, which I could not figure out how he even came to. I discussed with him that the price should be much lower as I was quoted 184.86 per week and this was the contract I signed. Without the long term discount, this is off by over $600. The other discount should still be applied as well. I spoke with him a few times. Every time I spoke with him he had a different excuse of why he had to call me back regarding the price. One was that the guy I signed the contract with quit but that he had his cell phone number and could call him. How can you call someone who quit regarding this? He told me he would call me several times and never did. One time he did offer to take another $250 off. but that still was way off. I tried to reach him and was always told he again was "Out of the office." When I spoke with him these few times I told him my credit card had a $1,000 limit but that I would be happy to give another card when they reached the correct price. He never once indicated he was going to try to charge the full (and incorrect) amount to my credit card. I never once signed another contract after that one I signed for the first week. I never authorized any amount this high and was told before this was done [redacted] would call me back. On 3/5/14 The whole full amount was charged to my credit card. This card only had a $1,000 limit and I will now incur very high fees because they charged this with no authorization. I would have given them another card had they called me back even one of the times I asked them to. When this happened I skipped calling the branch and moved to corporate. The lady at corporate stated that the price did not add up and that I needed to dispute the charges. I have done this. She also questioned how they even had authorization to do this since I should have signed a contract every 30 days and I only signed 1 for the whole 4 months I had the car. I was never once asked to come in and sign a contract in all the times the car was extended. The price I was quoted needs to be honored and this needs to be fixed. This needs to be removed from my card. While I do owe money, I do not owe the amount that they have come to. This has been nothing but a nightmare and I have tried to fix this for about 3 weeks now. I have a consult with a lawyer set up. Enterprise has no contract authorizing any of this and I am giving them a chance to fix this before I involve the lawyer. It should not be this hard to get this fixed. I am speaking with my credit card company as well. I want to fix this with Enterprise if possible. I was told [redacted] would call me back Monday 3/10, it is now 3/15 and I have received not one single phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like Enterprise to correct this issue ASAP. They have charged this to a card that only has a $1,000 limit and needs to be fixed. They knew I was going to put this on multiple cards, yet charged the incorrect one anyway. They also need to charge the price I was originally quoted, not the current price. I also believe for this inconvenience I should receive money off for the time I have had to take off work to solve this issue and all the time I have spent calling in the past 3 weeks and stress this has caused. I was also supposed to receive a long term discount for renting monthly, which was not given to me.

Review: On 2/26/2015 I rented a vehicle from Enterprise rent a car because my truck was in a accident and my insurance company said that I could rent a car from Enterprise while my truck was being repaired. On Friday March 6th my truck was repaired and I called Enterprise and asked if they would meet me at the body shop where my truck was repaired and they said that they would be there at 4:30 pm and take the rental back. Well they never showed up. While I was waiting the owner of the body shop said that they never show up and that he had rental cars in his parking lot for up to a week at a time. He also said that it was common practice to leave the keys with him and when the rental company came to get the car he would turn the keys over to them. On Monday the following week ( March 9th) they picked up the vehicle from the body shop. On Wednesday the 11th they called at 4:30 in the afternoon and said they were filing a claim for damage that was done to the right front fender of the car. I had told them that when I dropped the car off there was no damage and that I would like to see the damage and they said that it was past the two day inspection and that was not possible.

Enterprise has sent me pictures of the car, I can see NO damage to the car in the picture. I don't think that there was never any damage to this vehicle, I think that they have made this up in order to charge me $380.00. I have never seen anything invoice from a body shop that did any repairs.

When we got the car from Enterprise I had a bad feeling about doing this rental. They were really pushing the insurance and when it came to getting a big enough car they didn't have one on hand even though we waited two days for a car. Then when we did get this car it was messy inside.Desired Settlement: Drop the charges of $380.00.

RE: [redacted]- Enterprise file [redacted] To whom it may concern : Please accept this correspondence as our response to the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. We have reviewed the concerns raised by Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] rented a 2015 Nissan Altima from Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Wisconsin, LLC dba Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 4500 W College Avenue Appleton, WI. At the time of rental, a vehicle inspection was completed in the presence of Mr. [redacted] and it was determined to be rented without existing damage. This was confirmed by Mr. [redacted] by him initialing on the face of the rental agreement as acknowledgement of the vehicle condition. Mr. [redacted] returned the rental vehicle to Goss Auto Body 03/06/15. Upon inspection of the vehicle by Enterprise Rent-A-Car employee at the body shop the damage to the vehicle was discovered. This damage was not previously documented at the time of the rental and therefore, a change in vehicle condition report was initiated. Mr. [redacted] expressed his concerns that there was no damage on the vehicle when he dropped the car at Goss Auto Body. Pursuant to section 1D of the rental agreement “Rental Period” “mean the period between the time the Renter takes possession of the Vehicle until the Vehicle is returned or recovered and in either case, checked in by Owner.” The damage was noted upon check in by Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Mr. [redacted] was sent an invoice for the amount of $380.00. We respectfully believe that a thorough investigation into this matter was performed and that the amount sought by Enterprise from Mr. [redacted] is reasonable, appropriate and in accordance with his obligations under the terms of the rental agreement. At this time, based on the rental agreement signed by Mr. [redacted], he would be responsible for any change in condition to the rental vehicle. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Review: When I bought my new car Enterprise Rent A Car told my to leave my car at the dealership where I purchased my car. I wanted to returned it to Enterprise building as I would do for check ups contract re-writes etc. It was close to closing time so a rep said "no your not the first person to do this if your worried, it's fine we will pick it up for you". Although I felt timid I did. A week later I got a letter in the mail stating there was damage to the vehicle and I had to pay. Letter stated I had two days to view the damage since it was past to two days when I got the letter I could no longer view the damage. That's right no phone call! No voicemail! No email! Nothing about the damage. My progressive Agent [redacted] recommended I called the Enterprise Branch manager [redacted] to see if I could get the matter resolved with him (why didn't anyone call me etc) I did. [redacted] told me regardless it was my fought I have to pay without doing any investigation then said I will look into it in 5 days (fri 3/20) but its your fault that's why you should've returned it to the Enterprise building. I begin to express to him once again that I wanted to drop the car off and was told to leave it at the dealership. He said well you shouldn't have listened to them. [redacted] (the branch manger) was extremely rude. I have never been talked to so rude in my life. How can people like this be in customer service! I will be reaching out to corporate and [redacted]'s manager Nicole to see if I can get this situation resolved but it is becoming difficult for me to even want to speak to anyone. Lesson to all no matter what any rep says DROP YOU CAR OFF AT ENTERPRISE DIRECTLY or you will get involved with rude egotistical individuals like [redacted] Branch manager of Enterprise Rent A Car.Desired Settlement: This matter resolved quickly. People to talk to me with respect. Someone to apologize to me for being talk to so rudely. [A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I have NEVER been so appalled with service, let alone services from enterprise. I flew out from south Texas for a funeral on 8/13 after breaking my foot the day before, and due to the issues your enterprise created for my husband and I, I was unable to lay my family member to rest. I WILL NEVER use enterprise ever again after this trip. I am going to try to reclaim my same reservation today now that more money has been deposited into my account for this rental we paid for online with my husbands card, but I am expecting even more issues on that. It's really sad and disgusting the difference in service between here and south texas. My husband and I travel separately all the time using enterprise reservations/booking through our airline. We have never encountered any issues like this. It is very common in the south for our husbands to handle the finances, especially in the absence of a clear mind during the death of a close family member. After speaking with the associate, on-site supervisor, AND your customer service line yesterday with no resolve I ended up staying just three hours away from my missed funeral in a hotel. THANK THE LORD they were very sweet, accommodating, and helpful during my families time of need because your company sure was not. I plan to try to get my rental again tomorrow, of course with many more problems anticipated, but after this my husband, my family, and anyone else we told about this as well as myself will no longer be using your companies rental service. I understand laws, but I also understand accommodation with proper verification and payment which we were more than willing to provide. OUTRAGEOUS, INCONSIDERATE, EMBARRASSING, INCONVENIENT, and much more. I WILL be making this a public issue, whatever it takes! My family, my business, and my fellow renters will know of your company's absolutely ridiculous inability to accommodate. We will going to any and every extent at this point for the remainder of your customers to realize what a foul and inconsiderate business you run. You have already been reported to the Revdex.com by myself as well as my family, so hopefully this will either be the beginning of putting you out of service or the encouragement of extreme change for your company.

I have rented from Enterprise numerous times. I have received good value and excellent service every time. Recently there was a tiny issue with my reservation at the E Washington location. Staff went out of their way to take care of it and basically treated me like royalty. I highly recommend Enterprise.

Never rent a vehicle here if you do not carry a regular credit card. They will put you through the credit check ringer by promising a rental with a paid utility bill, cell or cable bill as well as pay stub, I provided a 8k 2 week pay stub! My bill was presented as well as paid a day they still would not accept even after verifying what was needed!!!
Wasted my time, ruined my vacation and lied about what was needed! NEVER RENT from Enterprise!! I don't need a credit card, I have plenty of money!

Review: At the start of renting a car at the indicated business, I was advised by [redacted] that if I were to pay by money order for a $150 deposit and the cost of the rental, a refund would be issued in 1 to 2 business days if one remained. As expected, I returned the rental car on Monday, December 23, 2013- a day earlier than needed, which meant that my refund and one day credit, as disclaimed, would be issued 1 to 2 days after the return. The amount of the refund of $192.74. Once I returned the vehicle, I again was told it would take 1 to 2 days to be refunded by check since I paid with a money order. After waiting a few days, I called the location back and was told a different time frame of the refund being issued- 7 to 10 by a "supervisor." After telling her what the agent told me prior to her confirmation, she could not tell be a when the check was issued, sent, or even cut. I asked her for the her supervisor's name and number or any corporate information to see when the refund was sent and processed as she did not provide that information as well. As a loyal customer it appalls me that I would be told one when it was not the case. Employees should provide consistent information to customers and not mislead them. I would never have paid by money order, but rather by debit, if I knew my refund would take 7-10 business days. Even after contacting them about this several times, they did not rectify the matter by providing an immediate solution, such as cutting a check right away and having me pick it up to avoid mail delay. Instead I am stuck to wait for funds I willingly paid only to get them back in the most untimely manner. I look forward to a full refund and assurance that future customers are not haggled by this misleading method of payment,.

Review: I have been in a car accident at the end of July, and the other persons insurance cover my rental for the first 3 weeks. After that I decided to keep the rental until I can find a replacement car and just pay for it myself. The man who I had to talk to at enterprise had told me that my daily fee was going to be $26 a day plus tax. I had asked about the insurance that they offer at $14.99 day, and asked if I could get it put on for just three days which have been Friday through Sunday because I would be going out of town and would rather be safe than sorry. The guy told me of course he could do that and that they would just take it off after the three days and then I wouldn't have to come in unless I wanted to put the insurance back on, then they would have to re inspect the car and make sure that it wasn't already damaged. So the man charged me for 3 days of insurance right away on my debit card. And that was it, I had eventually went and downgraded my car with the daily rate was going to be $20 a day plus tax. I have stepped out for a while and then I had went back in to put insurance on for another 4 days, they inspected the car made sure everything was good and told me again that I didn't have to come in, that the only way I would have to come back in is if I wanted to put the insurance on again after the four days were up, which they were authorizing for weeks on a weekly basis. Now that I returned the car they decided to charge me in one lump sum of $1,349.08. Which was not a part of the rental agreement at all and it caused me to overdraft my account over $1,000. Now I have repeatedly tried to get a hold of the manager, I have went in and talk to people trying to get a hold of the manager with no luck, he's always out of the office or in a meeting or just not there. He doesn't return phone calls, he doesn't take phone calls and now I feel like I'm out of options and there's no way to get ahold of him. I agreed to a total of 7 days insurance and have been overcharged 57 day which is about $854.43!! Not just a little amount, and no one will help me. I even went in to ask for the original agreement, which they repeatedly tell me they no longer have! And the person I did talk to told me that they were authorizing payments weekly and they're not sure why they were being taken out. So I'm not sure how that my fault if they can't even provide me with the original rental agreement.Desired Settlement: I want an original copy of my rental agreement, & I also want to be refunded $854.43 that I was overcharged. & I also want to be charged in weekly payments as I originally agreed and not in one lump sum

Review: This is a complaint about unnecessary fee administering tollways charge for rental car. Rental agreement [redacted]. Before rental period occurred, I was told by customer service representative in Green Bay WI, that original toll fees will be charged directly to my credit card. On 02/10/2016 received a letter stating that I owe a tollway fee plus 12$ administration fee, which is being disputed.

Regards,

Review: [redacted] "THE MANAGER " AT THIS LOCATION IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND CHILDISH , I RENTED A CAR FOR 6 DAYS TOTAL CAME TO 600.00!!! NO DAMAGES OR ANYTHING . HE HARASSED ME FOR 80.00 WHICH I KEPT MY WORD AND WENT TO TAKE THE MONEY IN HE THEN TOOK THE CAR KEYS RIGHT AWAY I ASKED HIM Y ARE YOU DOING THAT I WANT TO KEEP THE CAR.. HE SAYS O IM JUST CHECKING THE MILEAGE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS WEIRD ANYWAY. NOW OVER THE PHONE WHEN THEY CALLED ME ABOUT THE 80.00 THEY SAID IT WAS DECLINED . KEEP IN MIND I DIDNT GET ANY NSF FEES SO I dont know HOW OR WHAT THEY DID TO RUN IT THRU. SO I TRANSF MONEY INTO THAT ACCOUNT CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM TO RUN IT AGAIN. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO COME IN SO THEY COULD PHYSICALLY SWIPE THE CARD. THATS WHAT I DID AND HE TOOK THE CAR!! I DID NOTHING WRONG. SO THEN I CALLED CORPORATE AND HE SAID HE WAS NOT GOING TO PUT ME ON THE DO NOT RENT LIST WHILE THE REP WAS ON THE PHONE, THE NEXT DAY HE RAN MY CARD AND CHARGED IT 107.00 THEN PUT ME ON A DO NOT RENT FROM ANY ENTERPRISE, HE IS A COWARD AND SHOULD NOT HAVE THE POSITION OF A MANAGER. JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT AGREE WITH SOMEONE YOU DO NOT PUT THEM ON A DO NOT RENT LIST. KIND OF LIKE RETALIATION. I WILL NOT STOP AND WILL GO TO NEWS IF I HAVE TO JUST TO CLEAR MY NAME THEY OVER CHARGED ME AND BLOCKED ME ALL BECAUSE I CALLED CORP.Desired Settlement: Not only do I want a billing adjustment I would also like to be taken off of their DO NOT RENT list. I have done nothing wrong but call enterprise corporate and for that the manager [redacted] didnt like which he told the corp that he would not put me on a DO NOT RENT and the next day he did. They over charged me for a car that should have only cost no more then 400.00 and that with the deposit then they turned around and TOOK an UNAUTHORIZED FRAUDULENT PAYMENT OF 107.00... I did not do anything wrong to the car or the employees they took from me for no reason.

Review: I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN TO WILDE TOYOTA FOR WARRANTY SERVICE. I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGER, [redacted], THAT A RENTAL CAR WOULD BE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE. I THEN MET WITH AN ASSOCIATE FROM ENTERPRISE RENTAL TO SIGN THE RENTAL DOCUMENTS. I WAS TOLD THAT MOST CUSTOMERS CHECK THE BOX REGARDING INSURANCE FOR THE RENTAL VEHICLE. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE A CHARGE FOR THIS OR THAT HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE TYPICALLY COVERS THIS INSURANCE. I WAS MISLED BY THE ENTERPRISE ASSOCIATE AND UNKNOWINGLY PURCHASED INSURANCE THAT I DID NOT WANT OR NEED. I WAS CHARGED $22.99 AND I REQUEST THAT THIS BE REFUNDED.Desired Settlement: I REQUEST THAT THE AMOUNT OF $22.99 BE REFUNDED.
