for our Auburn, AL location spoke with Ms. [redacted].  He expressed our
apologies to her regarding the situation.  He thanked her for the feedback and asked what he could do for her and
she stated that she just wanted to give us the feedback so it would not happen to
anyone else.  The Area Manager reiterated to her that she now has him as a resource and
has both his contact phone numbers as well as e-mail address for the
future.
