This letter is in response to the customer service issue in regards to [redacted] *** I [redacted] owner of MP's Towing Service, LLC spoke with [redacted] April 24, around a.mabout the problem of his daughter truck being towed for not having a permit pass visible in her truck on private property There were two workers working that night in one tow truck They both assured that the vehicle was hooked up to the frame properly Vehicle was on back of tow truck when the owner came running out asking to drop vehicle by paying drop fee The owner took minutes to find a method of payment My employees waited politely Eventually she paid with credit card The truck then was let off the bed of the tow truck They gave her a receipt and left to proceed with there duties In the customer complaint letter [redacted] stated I was not there Also [redacted] was not there either I have two professional employees who has been towing for a long time who knows the proper place to hook a vehicle up We as a company has never had this problem before Also I spoke with [redacted] he was shouting over the phone telling me we towed his daughter car illegally in which is not true We have a contract with [redacted] ***that states permit parking vehicles in violation of not having permit parking pass in vehicle to be towed immediately at owner's expense My employees were doing there job rendered by contract Sincerely, [redacted] /owner
