The customer ( [redacted] ***) dropped off his Jeepthe wiring that was previously installed was not up to parIt was a rats nest of wires, the power wire was ran through the door jam which was not safeAfter upon testing we found that the radio in the Jeep didn't work, so I called [redacted] to tell him whats going on and that his radio was badSo we replaced it with a new oneWe then pulled out all the old wires and ran everything from scratch (correctly)Yes he did bring in all his own equipment bought from somewhere else, which we have no problem installing anybody elses stuffYes, supposedly everything was newAfter we hooked up everything, the amp turned on but had no output to the subs, which happenswe have had our own equipment do the same thingIt's electronics anytthing can happenHe said he heard the system work but it was just the door speakers, not the subsSince the amp was bad we called him to let him know [redacted] came in upset, which I understand, I would have been frustrated alsoWe felt bad and offered him a special price on a new amp since he was having problemsHe got very upset and starting cussing at us and our installersHe then went outside and looked at everything and popped the hoodHe then yanked on the wires so hard they became looseHe walked inside and began yelling and causing a scene saying it's our fault the wires were looseWe told him we had him on camera yanking on themHe got even more madWe offered to take everything out and give him his money back and he said no, that he wanted to talk to our bossSo I told our boss and he called and left a message and [redacted] didn't call backHe then called back days later saying he hooked it up and everything worked fineHow do we know he didn't just go get another amp and hook it upalot can happen in daysIf it would have been the same day or even the next day maybe I would have believed him

If it would have been the same day or even the next day maybe I would have believed him.
