I purchased tickets on the of november for the 26th of november for *** I was sold with regular price when I got to the entrance after I got the tickets from the in call kiosk the tickets were not good for that day because it was the pick season, their refund will take 10% off and when I called earlier that morning I was not told that tickets were not good for thar day overall I spent and a half hour going back and forth, this company has no power to compensate dissatisfy customers after a bad experience no fault of my own

I was recommended to call Orlando Fun Tickets by a friend, as they have the "Best Prices Guaranteed!", which is at the top of EACH of their web pages. When I saw that getting tickets from [redacted]s website was less expensive, I called to inquire. The rep I spoke with put me on hold after I explained my question, and then came back on the phone asking where on their website it says that (problem number 1. Know your website). She put me on hold again, and came back to tell me that they guarantee a lower price than the GATE price at the parks. It doesn't say that anywhere on the website (problem number 2. If there are stipulations, indicate that). There was no offer to assist with the pricing in any way, and this site obviously has fraudulent advertising practices! After seeing this, I realized they have multiple complaints on the Revdex.com, and all over the net with [redacted] and[redacted]. User beware..

Why do they show ads for $75 Busch Garden Tampa tickets? When you call or try to enter an order on their website they do not have any prices that low for Busch Gardens Tampa. I was told by the customer service person that he would check with his manager, waited 10 minutes on hold and was disconnected.
