The Entertainment people sent me a response crafted with you in mind It is possible that I did make an error when buying books in January I would have never willingly agreed to subscribe to buy this year for two reasons First, I bought books last year as a friend requested that I buy one for them too I don't need two of them Secondly, I always buy a month or so later as the price drops in half They say that they sent me something to confirm that I was buying the books Well they send emails to me at least monthly If I received it, I must of thought it was junk mail What really upset me was the response to my complaint They said I was too late to ask for a refund Then they send I could send the books back but I would have to pay the postage Then I suggested that they could give me the January price now Then they responded with the back to square response that I got the first time Then they indicated that I would have to send them to Ohio or somewhere like that Later they indicated that it would be the address on the parcel which was also wrong I have bought these books for over years even though they are not as good as they used to be I refuse to pay full price as in my mind they are not worth itI used their postage label and they are deducting the cost of postage from my refund I haven't seen the refund yet Oh yes and they count the date from when they charged my credit card not the date the books arrive [redacted]
