Entouch Wireless

I have had lifeline cell phone service for years w/ budget mobile and no issuesi lost my phone mid Septand sent in $for a replacementafter not receiving phone and multiple calls I was informed that the business had been transferred to Entouch Wireless and to contact them about my issuewhen contacting Entouch Wireless to explain the issue, I was told that any record before Sept 30th were not transferred to them and I would have to buy another phone for $i requested a supervisor and explained the problemhe was extremely rude and hostilehe told me there was nothing that could be doneeither send another $or "DEAL WITH IT" when I said I was trying to deal with it, I was told to either "wait for other phone or send another $that was my options, pick one or none." the connection was then conventionality lost
I waited more weeks and call Entouch Wireless backit was now beginning of Novthis agent was extremely helpful as for info providedhe did say I couldnt get a new phone without paying another $20, but if I waited till Dec28th, I would receive a new smart phone at no costi asked about my service not being used and was told it didn't apply to me in this situationit is now 1-17-and no phonewhen I spoke w/ a rep at Entouch Wireless today, she stated my phone account was closedshe could confirm everything by my notes but the rep I spoke with in Novforgot to put a hold on my accountin the end, I am out the $20, phone, and now my phone service has been disconnectedafter speaking w/ a supervisor I was told to re-registerdue to me living in a rural area of the state, this requires me driving miles round trip to get documentation and a long wait for approvalthis supervisor, "Frank" ID# *** from Nicaragua, told me it could be done immediately and would transfer me to the deptthat could do itupon transfer, I was told they couldnt do anything and then the phone was conventionally disconnected
this is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had w/ a companyat the very least they should have authorized a replacement way back in Oct and did a over ride of the feeeveryone I spoke w/ was from "AWAY"i am not even sure this is an American company or a foreign (Nicaraguan) company with an American PO Box addressi dont know if there is an incentive to scam customers out of their money and to get them to re-apply, but that what seems to be going on herei have also filed a complaint with the Revdex.combe careful of this company and avoid if possible
