Review: I ordered a specific mattress, however received a different mattress on three occasions. At this point, I would like a refund, due to the constant issues with providing the mattress I requested and paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund of this mattress, as it is not the product that I ordered, nor desired.

Review: I purchased a TV stand from this business on October **, 2014. Payment was made cash and delivery was supposed to be made within 3-5 business days. The following week, business said that they had no TV stand and that I could either: i) wait another week for the product I purchased, or ii) select a new product for purchase. I decided to wait for the product; however, after these two weeks the store indicated they did not have the product available, nor would they have it until January, 2015.On November **, 2014 I had to select another product, which required an additional $100.00. This amount was paid in cash and delivery was to be made within 5 days. On Sunday December * (one week thereafter), this product was not ready for delivery either. I was then given $100 credit towards another purchase because the store has a no refund policy. I selected another item and paid 30 additional to complete the difference. I was also informed that at the latest on Friday, December ** both items would be delivered. On Saturday December ** none of these items were ready for delivery and this business refuses to refund the total payment of $280 paid in cash, plus delivery charges previously made. Entourage Furniture failed to timely deliver the items purchased even though payment was made in advance, cash and in full. Moreover, after a month a half following the original purchase, Entourage Furniture refuses to provide a refund on the items purchased and continues to provide unjustifiable excuses that do not explain this unreasonable delay. In addition, this business refuses to set a date in writing for delivery of these items with the hopes of avoiding liability.Desired Settlement: Settlement would be for the amount of $280.00 paid in cash, plus the delivery charges paid to this business.

Review: I purchased a mattress from the furniture store. I requested a firm orthopedic mattress but the store delivered the wrong mattress 3 times. On the 3rd delivery the delivery man was very rude and told me this was the last attempt. They delivered the wrong type of mattress again. I argued with him and the [redacted] and they decided not to come back with the right mattress.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the mattress I bought. I also want them to remove the wrong mattress they delivered again.

Review: Apparently I purchased some living room furniture and they promoted if you pay it within 3 months your total bill ... you will not have to pay any finance charges. Not true. They sign you up with a bank which charges you a 10% of the total bill on top of that, so the amount is larger. Then when I tried to call back and tell the salesperson I want a lay a away plan for three months with no charge she said yes they can do it but there will be taxes applied to it ... Huh? that sounds like extra charges and/or some time of finance charge. Not happy at all.Desired Settlement: My total bill is $1,560. In which I paid $195 towards that bill and I want my bill to be adjusted to $1,365 once divided into three months the amount due monthly will be $455.00 no less, no more. Thank you.
