I am rejecting this response because I have been trying to contact them via phone several times. They have ignored me and they have not called me back. I no longer trust this company what so ever.  After all off this...

time if they meant to give the refund they would have. They have no intension of giving me a refund. This has been going on since November 2015, they are lying!!

We have resolved this issue with the client and given him a refund.

To whom it may concern,The home owner Mr. [redacted] told me that the $350.00 estimate is to paint two ceilings and the entire room.  We put a small hole in the ceiling, there was no other damage to the walls or ceilings.  I spoke to our local professional painter and he informed us...

that $140.00 is more then enough to cover the cost to paint and repair the hole in the ceiling .  $40.00 for one gallon of paint and $100.00 for the labor = $140.00.  This was paid to the home owner Mr. [redacted] on July 23, 2015.  That was our final offer.Thank you,[redacted]Entourage Moving System

I am rejecting this response because: I know that I do qualify for the refund because the business broke our binding contract when the movers came the day of the scheduled move and said they would not take the money Mr. [redacted] quoted and accepted that I give them to move.  After I worked for weeks to pack and downsize my apartment. I would like to add that I am disabled and it was difficult and painful to meets Mr. [redacted]'s requirements. Also this company has misrepresented how they work. When I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on several occasions he reassured me every time his company is honest and takes good care of their clients and he expressed over and over again he wouldn't rip me off.  As of now I wish I could sue them for a lot more money because of the lies and dishonesty and the anguish and suffering I've endured when the company left me here packed and ready to move, then said that I didn't have enough money that night. At this point it seems that Mr. [redacted] is only making excuses to not pay me back only because he is a very dishonest person. He's lied to me now he's lying to everyone. In the event of another ridiculous excuse from Mr. [redacted] I will discuss suing for all of the above reasons. Have a nice day.

Dear Revdex.com,After doing a extensive search of all our records/contracts and data, I have realize that we have no record of this gentleman.   I would like to see a copy of a Entourage Moving System bill of lading with his name on it.  I would have to believe that we never moved this person. Thank you,[redacted]Entourage Moving System

Sorry for any damages. I think this is fair. I will take it to the higher ups so we can get it resolved.

This customer was issued a $200.00 refund. This customer told us they had...

500 cubic feet to move. When we arrived it turned out they had way more stuff then they told us. Our agreement which they electronically signed states that there is no refund if you cancel when we are there. We have to pay fuel and a crew to go out there. We still gave him a partial refund. When I spoke to him over the phone I asked him if 200.00 refund was good enough and he said yes. We only kept $150.00 of his deposit to cover gas, tolls and labor for the crew we sent out to him. If he would have told me over the phone that he was unsatisfied with out resolution I would have gave him a full refund. He acted as if he understood it costs us money just to get to him. We came from Jersey City NJ so its an hour and half drive. I am willing to give him a full refund if he removes this complaint. I wish he would have been more assertive and told me he was unhappy with our resolution. Instead he tells me he is ok with it then makes a complaint. This could have been resolved weeks ago if he was just honest and up front with us

I am rejecting this response because:
"I spoke to our local professional painter" is not sufficient cause to reject the quote provided.  Had a formal quote been provided at lesser cost, Mr [redacted] might have been willing to work with an alternate vendor to complete the repair.   As it stands, the repairs have been completed with the original vendor and the cost is a direct result of the damage caused during the move.  Please reimburse the amount paid to the contractor to repair and paint the ceiling.   Regards,
