The customer is correct, there was an issue with receipt of payment that was not her fault. We use a lock box with our bank - they pickup payments and process them, place the funds in our account and provide us a transaction list that is fed into our accounts receivable. In this case -...
for reasons we're pursuing with the bank - her payment was credited to another account. Late fees have been credited and the account updated. We apologize for the inconvenience.
