Sent me to collections with out validity of billing In late [redacted] , I moved to [redacted] with my mother I had not wished to continue my service with Entremanure In the previous year, I had to pre-pay for the year when my year was over I assumed not paying the renewal meant I wouldn't be servedEntremanure claims they continued service while I was out of the country I had my two small dogs with me and had my cleaning lady caring for my home while it was being rented through [redacted] Renters were in and out, and I was never aware of any of them having pets I didn't know anything was wrong until I received a notification on my credit report in [redacted] about a collection of $*** Because I didn't renew my service, I should be held liable for a bill I didn't requestI submitted an email through their website, was contacted back rudely, I replied again and have had no response I feel they are undjustly billing and collecting for services I did not agree to or request
