I signed up for the "Power of Pinning course" (ie how to build your business on Pinterest) 4/14/14 with [redacted] on-line and as it was advertised if I chose to cancel in 60 days could received refund...cost of class was $99...I have paid $49 so far. I have called, emailed, and attempted to use their live chat feature which is off-line most of the time...when it was "on-line" I was unable to access help. I have mailed [redacted] my request for a refund and have contact and mailed my credit card company regarding this situation.
