Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In my original compliant, I too stated I signed the contract they sold to me as storageDid they not read the complaint??? I clearly stated what paper work I need in order to get my title, this is paper work only they can provide meI did the work for them and called the Texas Manufactured Housing Division, which on one occasion they told me they have contacts and can get things done, so I am confused as to why they can not furnish the paper work1) A Repossession Form- Form B, they needed this form to sell the mobile home to me, thus they should have it2)I need a release of lien of taxes Signed and NotarizedIf they don't want to pay the $fee that's fine I can pay itJust send me the paper work Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: when the full refund is returned I will have no problem whatsoever apologizing and writing a full positive reviewThe lack of communication is the biggest problem hereYou do offer great value mobile homes for sale and I will buy from you againBut the lack of communication has to be better.

We sold him the mobile home and referred to MCL Transport for the moveWe were just helping coordinate with himHe called 4/friday wanting to cancel the transport contract with the movers and they sent him the form monday 4/which was received signed the same dayThere's legallly a day
for processing refunds and Repo Homes tried to get involved by advancing the customer $2,via ACH to his account to collect it in the future from MCL Transport because they didn't have the money right away and it seemed like the customer was in a hurryWhich apparently now, us for trying to help him out we look like the bad guysBut that's normally what happens when you try to help somebody out, which is why we try not to get involved in helping like this but oh well, here I am having to respond to a Revdex.com ComplainWe did talk to MCL Transport earlier, so they were able to send $2,today which will be in his account tomorrow and we only had to let them borrow $which was also transferred today which will be there tomorrow tooAs far as the Chase confirmation for the original transaction, since the ACH payee was new, the $transaction seemed fraudulent, so Chase called to verify the transaction late that day, they were confirmed it was a transfer, they said they were releasing the funds, and for some reason the transaction was suspended, if somebody wants to call Chase to verify their number is ***

as storage. Did they not read the complaint??? I clearly stated what paper work I need in order to get my title, this is paper work only they can provide me. I did the work for them and called the Texas Manufactured Housing Division, which on one occasion they told me they have contacts and can get things done, so I am confused as to why they can not furnish the paper work. 1) A Repossession Form- Form B, they needed this form to sell the mobile home to me, thus they should have it. 2)I need a release of lien of taxes Signed and Notarized. If they don't want to pay the $110 fee that's fine I can pay it. Just send me the paper work.
