I signed up for their Affiliated Marketing Program and was told that I could request a refund by calling their 800 #. I would like to get my money refunded. When I called the number provided, it rings and goes straight into a music loop with no one answering, no voicemail. Their other business number has a recording that says they are not available.

Further, when I signed up, they wanted to know how good my credit was and to be successful, I had to leverage my credit to buy product. When I declined, the conversation ended, along with any support or follow up call as promised. I would like my money refunded.

We believe that you must have filed this complaint against our company in error.

We searched the database for your information and found nothing matching. While we understand that you have a worthy complaint, there seems to be a misunderstanding about the company you have filed against. Our company primarily is focused on support entrepreneurs with education, tools, resources and support as we have for more than 17 years.

We don't have a course like you've described or a phone number like that either. We can be reached at 888-545-8120 and at EntreTEK.com

Again, we have not billed, charged, or otherwise invoiced you at anytime and have no way to refund you since we are not associated with that purchase.

There must be some confusion? EntreTEK has never had ANY interaction with you. We have never billed, charged, or invoiced you for anything. We have no emails, no phone calls, and no social media interactions from you at all.

You have got the wrong company and you may want to check the billing statements or invoices you have to verify who is responsible for your complaint.

We have been helping entrepreneurs implement technology for more than 17 years and maintain an A+ rating and accreditation because customer satisfaction are extremely important to us!

I signed up with Power Seller in November 2016. I started an online business with their help to get it started by taking their online webinars. The website was up and running with the approval from Power Sellers that is had everything that it needed. After the online site being open for 8 months, I had absolutely no sales at all. I was not pretty much informed by Marketing sellers that my site would do nothing without spending thousands of dollars in advertising to get customers to my site. I was very upset with this as I put countless hours into creating the site and adding products to sell. The undisclosed dollar amount spent to start the site was unreal.

I'm sorry. The consumer that placed this complaint is confused and believes that somehow we are the company responsible for the details of her complaint. However, we are a hosting & education company that provides access to an online website and course with support services associated with that course. We do not contact people via the phone, or through any other means, in an attempt to sell them products or services. We never collected the money she is requesting refunded. And we definitely never promised her any earnings or income of any kind.

We have not collected, billed, or charged any amount from this client for any product or service at any time. In any event, below is our response to this person:

THIS IS AN ERRONEOUS COMPLAINT AGAINST OUR COMPANY

This client believes that Power Sellers Center charged some amount in exchange for some product or service they purchased.

However, Power Sellers Center has never sold, attempted to sell, or market any product and or service to this client at any time. Power Sellers Center has never billed, invoiced, charged, or collected any funds from this client at any time.

The statement this person provided does not show any charge or payment made to Power Sellers Center. This client has obviously confused our company with the company responsible for this complaint. Because Power Sellers Center has never billed, invoiced, charged, or collected any form of payment from this client at any time, it is impossible for us to address/resolve a complaint this client has with some other company. This client apparently was contacted by, purchased from, entered into a contract with, and paid the company listed below, not Power Sellers Center. In conclusion:

We strongly suggest this consumer refer to her payment records (credit card statements, etc.) and verify the name of the company she contracted with and purchased from regarding this transaction, as it is not Power Sellers Center.

In the end, any questions or issues regarding the transaction the client is referencing in their complaint will need to be addressed directly to the company or companies the client entered into a contract with and paid their funds to.

Again, Power Sellers Center cannot address issues, questions, or complaints regarding the actions of some other company. Though we have already attempted to contact the consumer directly to assist, we will continue to try and help the consumer as best we can!!

We respectfully request that this complaint be deemed incorrectly submitted against our company.

I am truly upset on how I am being treated by your company after being taking advantage of. My first conversations with your billing company was what was the available funds on my credit cards. Because I had funds available I was accepted into the program. But your company declined to tell me all the additional cost of the program once in it. I am asking for a full refund as I didn't get the profitable business as you promised. I will continue until the end and will not give up as I now have nothing more to lose. I would like a full refund. Period.

To whom it may concern,Again, we ask that the complainant review her credit card or bank statements for details about who her contract is with, and who she paid monies to. It was NOT Power Sellers Center as we do not sell, charge, or otherwise collect money from consumers.Additionally, we have content that specifically and explicitly states that there is no further investment required. Any further investment is at the sole discretion of the complainant, and is not paid to us in any event. Those further investments would involve third party providers of additional services that are completely optional and we have gone out of our way to ensure consumers understand this.Furthermore, there are no earnings claims or promises of obtaining a profitable business in our program. We cover this in our site's Terms & Conditions, which the complainant had and continues to have access to. We also have a Code of Conduct that specifically and explicitly states:"We agree that success in our system is measured not by earning a specific dollar amount or hitting a specific sales goal, but more accurately by learning the concepts and processes necessary for Internet e-commerce and putting them into practical application."The complainant agreed to this Code of Conduct upon her enrollment into the program. Finally, we would like to point out the complainant continues to have access to all the tools and resources, and while she has failed to take advantage of them in the recent past, they continue to be available and we encourage her to use them. We have actually called to speak with the complainant and she refuses to discuss anything with us.

Please remove this erroneous complaint against our company. Again, the complainant should take her concerns to the company that holds her contract, and the contact information we provided in our initial response.

My experience as a client was positive. Coach Jared was direct and his guidance helped me move through each step with understand and a forward motion.
