I would also like to share our very negative experience with Entricks. We were scammed by this company in June. We were promised a full refund if not completely satisfied. After some further research, we came to find out this company is totally a scam. It is now Dec. and we still haven't received our refund. I have called 8 times at least and was told a refund was on its way. This company should be put out of business. They should not be able to scam others.
