The fine for the trash can violation was waived on February 15,

I will accept this as the outcome is what I wanted however the envelope has a Postage date of 08/08/and a post office mark of 08/09/so as to the letter being mailed out 08/05/seems highly unlikely.

Revdex.com7007 Jefferson St. NE Ste. A Albuquerque, NM 87109 November 9, 2016 Re: Moana Condominiums- Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] To whom it may concern, enTrust Association Management no longer manages the Moana Condominiums at 1100 Alvarado Dr. SE 87108. This was effective on October 29,...

2016 per 60 day notice given to the Moana Board of Directors to seek alternate management. Mid to late October 2016, management heard from unit [redacted] in regards to sewage spewing out of unit [redacted] (Ms. [redacted]'s) toilet piping. Management took care of it the following business day by getting TLC plumbing out to assess the situation however before we could do so, management posted notice to the doors of both [redacted] and [redacted] stating that TLC would need access to both units. After gaining such access, the piping issue between those two units had been resolved. They were both subsequently notified that if there was any damage on their end, they need to set up and appointment with a contractor to fix it. Ms. [redacted] never acknowledged or stated that she needed repair. Unit [redacted] did receive appropriate repair. enTrust Association Management was notified about unit [redacted] leaking via the contractor while he was out on property to conduct the fixes inside unit [redacted]. The unit owner for unit [redacted] contacted enTrust to verify that there was an issue in unit [redacted]. Management posted a notice to the door of unit [redacted] to attempt to gain entry. In that attempt, management is also required to send notice to the owner via mail letting them know that their property will be entered. The board suspected the unit was vacant however it is listed as being owned and to avoid trespassing charges, management must appropriately notify the owner and give them a time period to contact management (Moana Condominiums is not an apartment complex and management has no right entering a property that it is not authorized to). Within that time frame, enTrust managements contract was up with Moana Condominiums. Their new management company, [redacted] was notified of the issue and should be handling it appropriately. Moana Condominiums is now managed by [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] should be aware that a Homeowners Association is directed by the Homeowners. enTrust' s role in management is to facilitate what the board of directors wants management to do. All documents including past financials, meeting minutes, and board packages have been forwarded to the new Management Company, [redacted]. I am sure they will be more than accommodating if Ms. [redacted] would like to view them. However at this time, enTrust is no longer involved with the Moana Condominiums. Given that Ms. [redacted] has many issues with the way her HOA is handled, she should now contact those in charge of it, at [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] should also contact her current management company to address where her assessments are going as they are the current managers of the Homeowners Association and can answer those questions aptly. As stated before, during the time that enTrust managed the Moana Condominiums, Management followed the direction of the board of directors for the Moana Condominiums. All actions taken to date had been authorized by the board of directors. If owners are unhappy they may speak to their board about the issues surrounding the community. Management's job is to advise the board of directors but in no capacity can management make decisions for the board. Any and all further contact regarding this Condominium property should go to the proper management company, [redacted]. Respectfully,Laura HayesenTrust Association Management
