was ableto surmise that the calls were coming from a third party lead generationcompany that we just began working with on 4/**/2015.  The phone calls to the client began sometime in March, so it wasclear that the issue was from the lead generation company and not our business.Once I was advised of this issue by the client I immediately reached out thelead generation company to make sure they removed the client from their list.They responded that same day that they would make sure this was resolved.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused theclient, but the issue was not generated from our organization.

I'm glad I am on the Do Not Call list now. This still does not excuse the behavior of your agents. It is also a lie that you do not use multiple Caller ID numbers. I have documented this with my records and with Flowroute, your VOIP provider.

The phone number from this complaint has been put on the do not call list immediately.  Also we are one office and we do not have multiple caller ID’s calling out from our office.  It doesn’t do  the business owner, our clients, or anyone any good what so ever to contact anyone that does not want to be contacted.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  However, it is not sufficient to accept removal from a list and at the same time deny contacting me - that is contradictory. Also, the use of a 3rd party to perform unsolicited phone calls does not relieve Entrust from responsibility to adhere to honoring the federal do not call list.

Review: This company calls my cell phone repeatedly. They will not identify themselves. If I ask who is calling or to be put on the Do Not Call list, the person hangs up on me. I finally got information about the company by going along with their sales pitch for about 5 minutes.Desired Settlement: Since I requested to be put on the Do Not Call list the first time, I will be seeking damages of $9,000 in accordance with the law on SPAM callers.

Review: I have been registered on the Federal Do Not Call list for decades. This firm has called my phone multiple times (SIX TIMES), and I have declined the calls numerous times. When I spoke with someone on the line asking to speak with a supervisor, I was hung up on. I had to provide them with made up information to get through this screen before getting the company information.Desired Settlement: I would prefer not only an apology, but that they make no more telemarketing calls to numbers on the do not call list, that they immediately fire all firms they use for these calls, that audit the firms they use for such telemarketing, and that they are liable for federal fines for any such issues.

Review: I am contacted repeatedly by this company to offer me a business loan, unsolicited. My phone number is on the DoNotCall.gov list and should be honored. I do not want to speak to anyone at this business, ever.Desired Settlement: Remove my phone number from their Robocall and lead generation lists.
