August 20, 2015 Revdex.comPO Box 1000Dupont, WA 98327 RE: *** *** ***ID #: *** Dear *** ***, In response to the complaint filed by Ms*** regarding her PT Cruiser, she does not mention the date of her last service at Enumclaw Chrysler
was December 13, 2011. In the last years and months, we have never been notified of any concerns involving a no start condition. When Ms*** called it was after she contacted Chrysler Customer Assistance, she asked “what can they do to help fix a car”. I explained they were a liaison for the customer. She stated she had taken her vehicle to an aftermarket repair shop at some point and they replaced a fuel pump. Apparently that did not rectify the situation. As we were discussing the options for her, she became agitated and hung up on me. Today, I called and left a voice message to have her contact me to see what arrangements we can make in trying to assist her. Since then, I see her son has posted a negative comment on Facebook, once again leaving out vital information, such as the duration between her last repair visit and that she hung up before completing our conversation. We are stilled prepared to assist if possible. Respectfully, Bob D*** Service Manager Enumclaw Chrysler

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I took my car to a aftermarket repair shop because the Service Center  at Enumclaw never resolved the original intermittentstarting problems with my car. On August 17th, the Service Manager didn't offer me any assistance. After reading their response I accept the business's response if they will provide me with assistance!Sincerely, [redacted]

Please see the attached letter from Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in response to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] complaint. If there are any further questions, please feel free to contact Lee S[redacted] at [redacted]Thank you.Amy W[redacted]Office Manager

RE: [redacted] ID #: [redacted] Dear...

[redacted], In response to the complaint filed by Mrs. [redacted] regarding the 2012 Jeep Liberty, there are circumstances involved with repair process that are not disclosed. The first repair visit was at [redacted] in Renton, where they determined that the cooling fan failure was the cause of damage. They repaired the cooling fan issue under the customer's extended warranty service contract, but were told by the contract holder the consequential damage was not covered due to the power train coverage by the manufacturer. Enumclaw Chrysler was contacted by Al, the service representative at [redacted],explaining the dilemma and asking if Enumclaw Chrysler could offer a second opinion. Our factory trained technician inspected and verified the engine was in fact damaged and would require replacement. Our service advisor contacted the manufacturer's power train division for warranty authorization, their response was it was not a power train covered component failure, which is in fact true. In order to attempt to assist in getting assistance from the manufacturer, Enumclaw Chrysler contacted the area District Representative asking for an override on the declined coverage. His determination was to assist, however it would require a $1000.00 deductible participation from the customer, Mrs. [redacted]. At this juncture, Enumclaw Chrysler has created coverage where none existed with the sole purpose of assisting the customer in an unenviable position. The extended warranty service contract that was purchased at [redacted] declined participation, we have no control over that. The time line as best recalled by our service advisor is as follows: 6/13 Vehicle towed in from [redacted] 6/15 Vehicle diagnosed as required an engine replacement 6/19 Removed the cylinder head for digital imaging approval from Power Train Division 6/22 Submitted pictures and estimate of repairs to Power Train Division 6/24 Power Train Division rejected claim 6/25 Contacted District Representative for assistance 6/26 Received authorization for engine replacement with $1000.00 deductible 6/29 Called customer and made aware of coverage and deductible. Also made customer and [redacted] aware of engine on a two and a half month back order according to Chrysler. 7/9 Engine arrived late afternoon from CA 7/10 Contacted Al @ [redacted] to inform him that engine arrived, was told customer traded in vehicle,[redacted] would pay the deductible as it was now their vehicle. 7/14 Vehicle repairs completed Mrs. [redacted] failed to mention that she swore at and hung up on our service advisor when trying to update her with information. Also, Mr. [redacted] came in after the process was over and refused to speak with our Service Manager in his office. He wanted to create a scene in the service area which brought our Service Advisor, Risa, to tears as he belittled and berated her. When Bob D[redacted], our Service Manager, spoke to Mrs. [redacted] she was gathering information on the time line. What he stated to her was an apology for her being upset. Enumclaw Chrysler did everything we could to assist the customer in obtaining coverage for the repairs. He also stated it was circumstances that created the issue, we as a company did not benefit in any way if [redacted] traded them out of their vehicle or not. She comments that "Jeep admitted they made a mistake", the mistake made was not gathering all of the information and timeline from both our service advisor and Al at [redacted].
