I purchased what I thought was a " trail" on diet pills, I was billed $ 157.63 , on a Saturday night, called the customer service first thing Monday morning, they lied and said could not cancel order, once I received the order I called for a RMA number, returned product UNOPENED, have tracking to prove they received it. This was November 12th 2015, I have been contacting them about once a week to once every other week, they lied and said they processed my refund , never received it, so they said they would do a money order , never did!!! Today is January 22, 2016, and now they are trying to blame my bank, and still no refund- still out $ 157.63

I did not appreciate someone else making unauthorized purchases with my money. I did get in touch with my bank and reported the fraud...I also had that account closed so I wouldn\'t have any further problems. Review: I had purchased diet pills from this company for $4.99. I noticed a couple weeks later that there are two charges for $79.95 on my bank statement. I called the company, and they told me that I had signed up for a continuing purchase every month. I did not agree to this transaction. I told the lady that I wanted to cancel the membership. I also wanted to know where the product was. She told me that I would be receiving it in the next few days. I asked her if I could return the product and receive a refund. She told me I could, and she gave me an address to return the product. I received the product and marked return to sender on the package. I called back about 3 weeks later, and I asked where my refund was. The man told me that they had received the product back and that there was a glitch in the system, and they couldn't give me information on when the refund would be awarded to me. He told me to call back in 7-10 days if I hadn't received the refund. I waited the 10 days, and still no refund. I have called them six times over the last 2 months, and each time they tell me the same thing, that there is a glitch in their system. I returned the product and would like my money back!!!!

I ordered a diet supplement and cleanse from an internet advertisement. The diet supplement was supposed to be a garcinia cambogia 95 hca dietary supplement. I forget what the cleanse was supposed to be, but when the items arrived in the mail, the products were not what I was promised. The garcinia cambogia that arrived in the mail only had 60 hca which can be found in any supplement store. In addition, there was no return slip inside the package for me to return the items if necessary. In addition, I checked my credit card statement and found a charge for $79.95 that was not authorized on my account from alphamusclegain.com out of Boca Raton, FL. The website I ordered the supplements from promised a 30-day trial period before my credit card would be charged. The order for the supplements went through on my credit card on 4/11/14. I received my order around 4/20/14. The charge from alphamusclegain.com appeared on my credit card statement on 4/25/14, well before the promised 30-day trial period should be up. Desired Settlement: Since I did not receive the items I was promised, I am seeking a refund for the (2) 4.95 charges to pay for the trial period, plus (2) international fees I was charged for $.14, plus the $79.95 I was charged by alphamusclegain.com.

Please assist in this matter ASAP. I will gladly return the items that were shipped to me provided the company acknowledges the refund.

I am having an allergic reaction to the Raspberry Health tablets. There is no invoice or refund information in the packaging. After reading complaints I have found that I have the same issue as others. There is no phone number to call for a refund or product information.
