Review: For the past 2 months or so I have been receiving calls from this company on my home phone (###-###-####) 4-5times per day. The number that is calling is ###-###-#### and my caller ID says La Nacional Corp. When I pick up it just beeps. When there is a message from them it is just beeping. My husband has tried to call Customer Service and they said there was no one there that spoke English. I called 3 different people through Customer Service and they took my info and I was either disconnected or they said there is nothing they can do about it. The last woman I spoke to said that they cannot tell who is calling me and there is nothing they can do. These calls need to end!! I cannot have calls to my house 5times a day everyday. I don't know what else to do at this point.Desired Settlement: I want the calls from this place to stop!

Review: I purchased a money order that was never cashed. I went in for a refund and they refuse to give me a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund for 2 money orders I purchased from this company total of 700 1 for 500 and the other for 200. Please advice.
Review: On 7/*/2014 I, through one of the Envios de Valores La Nacional Corp. agents - [redacted]- sent $ 112.00 to my nephew in Colombia. For whatever reason, my nephew did not claim the funds.
It was not until 6 months later on 1/**/2015 that La Nacional sent me a note that the funds have not been claimed and that I should contact them to claim the funds.
Since, and after filing and signing and providing all the necessary documentation, I still have not received the funds! Every time I and/or the employees at Mateo Express called to ask for status, the answer " next week you will receive the check" is still their only answer.
I want to state clearly that the management and employees at Mateo Express have been very helpful and are witnesses of the La Nacional practices.Desired Settlement: Immediate return of the Funds.
The money transfer regulatory agencies must impose these companies to inform, within 30 days, to the senders and agency and publish at originating transaction agencies all the money transactions that are not claimed.
All refunds must be from agency where transaction was initiated
