Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If the company could not do the work, i.e., to top the tree, they should not? have given me an estimate - twice- of what it would cost to top the tree? I have a proposal from Landsdown, dated 6/12/which states "Remove tree,? remove stump,top out second tree" for $? I have paid $and am asking? for a $refund, even though the job has not been completed? The question to the company I submit - are you satisfied that you have? done the job you said you were going to do? Has the second tree been topped?I am not slandering anyone? I ask customer was she completely satisfied before she paid she said yes so please advise me as too how make this right we fullfilled our job [redacted] thanks?
Not gonna get into slander remarks of company we did nothing wrong you can only top a tree with rope climber chain saw the tree was completely dead she wanted us go out on limbs that we inches diameter to dead with a bucket forestry truck so please let me know what I can do satisfy customer
