According to information we have received from Envera, someone has used our account to gain access the development where we liveOn two previous occasions we have spoken with this company and have been assured the matter was resolved, but it hasn't
Insufficient meetings to serve customers Only meetings to involve residents of impending changes and needs No contacts to help residents
This company took over our front gate system at Tymber Creek in Ormond Beach, Fl They gave only dates in the evening hours for residents to find out how their system worked and to get their new registration stickers They did not allow for residents working evening or night shift to attend meetings and provided inadequate meeting quarters for those that did attend The office quarters were easily exceeding safety numbers and the number of residents lined up outside of the building were disgraceful Many people (residents) were irritated and angry at the lack of accommodations for this introduction for a new security system for our front gate entry way It really was deplorable
