Envi Pest Control Reviews (57)

There’s definitely a misunderstanding on Mrs [redacted] ’s part regarding the service agreement that she signed with us The agreement is for months which entails a total of treatments –the initial treatment, the folltreatment (30-days after the initial), and quarterlies after that We have completed the initial, the follow-up, and one of the quarterlies The remaining treatment to fulfill the agreed commitment have not been met The yearly plan entails free re-treatments should the need arise I have no record of Mrs [redacted] ’s calling our office to inform us of a “bad job done” in April If that would have been the case, we would have been proactive by performing a free re-treatment Since we didn’t hear anything from her, we assume that everything was going as planned In addition, we fulfill our part of the agreement by setting her account with scheduled reoccurring quarterly treatments, as agreed on the service agreement Since products last about days on the surfaces, we even treat in the winter time to ensure our product is always available for insects in order to provide our guarantee The winter treatment entails treating all entry points, around windows and doors, cracks and crevices, and foundation Not following the plan will not achieve desired results It is a common misconception that insects aren’t active in the winter time; however, insects are active within wall voids, crawlspaces, cracks, and crevices within a home during colder months The $price is not just for a treatment but it is set based on the benefits of a “plan” during one quarter Should anything arise in between quarterly treatments, by being part of the plan, the benefit is that we will gladly re-treat any trouble areas at no additional costs When we schedule our appointments, our customers are notified via e-mail or by a phone call, depending on the method our customer has chosen to be contacted When we send out the schedule reminder, our customers don’t need to be home in order to have the treatment done, especially if the home is not being treated on the inside If customer’s aren’t going to be home during a treatment, all we ask if for the gates to be unlocked so that our technician can have access around the whole exterior of the home If a certain time will not work for a customer, we will gladly reschedule for a more convenient time We will be glad to end the relationship with Mrs [redacted] after the agreement has been met by her fulfillment of her side of the agreement We are willing to give her a free $quarterly to compensate for a “bad job done” back in April, if she fulfills one more $quarterly with us If not, we will apply the “early termination fee” that is set forth in the original service agreement which she was given a copy of at the time of signing

There’s definitely a misunderstanding on Mrs. [redacted]’s part regarding the service agreement that she signed with us.  The agreement is for 12 months which entails a total of 5 treatments –the initial treatment, the follow-up treatment (30-45 days after the initial), and 3 quarterlies...

after that.  We have completed the initial, the follow-up, and one of the quarterlies.  The remaining 2 treatment to fulfill the agreed commitment have not been met.

The yearly plan entails free re-treatments should the need arise.  I have no record of Mrs. [redacted]’s calling our office to inform us of a “bad job done” in April 2016.  If that would have been the case, we would have been proactive by performing a free re-treatment.  Since we didn’t hear anything from her, we assume that everything was going as planned.  In addition, we fulfill our part of the agreement by setting her account with scheduled reoccurring quarterly treatments, as agreed on the service agreement.

Since products last about 90 days on the surfaces, we even treat in the winter time to ensure our product is always available for insects in order to provide our guarantee.  The winter treatment entails treating all entry points, around windows and doors, cracks and crevices, and foundation.  Not following the plan will not achieve desired results.  It is a common misconception that insects aren’t active in the winter time; however, insects are active within wall voids, crawlspaces, cracks, and crevices within a home during colder months.

The $89 price is not just for a treatment but it is set based on the benefits of a “plan” during one quarter.  Should anything arise in between quarterly treatments, by being part of the plan, the benefit is that we will gladly re-treat any trouble areas at no additional costs.

When we schedule our appointments, our customers are notified via e-mail or by a phone call, depending on the method our customer has chosen to be contacted.  When we send out the schedule reminder, our customers don’t need to be home in order to have the treatment done, especially if the home is not being treated on the inside.  If customer’s aren’t going to be home during a treatment, all we ask if for the gates to be unlocked so that our technician can have access around the whole exterior of the home.  If a certain time will not work for a customer, we will gladly reschedule for a more convenient time.

We will be glad to end the relationship with Mrs. [redacted] after the agreement has been met by her fulfillment of her side of the agreement.  We are willing to give her a free $89 quarterly to compensate for a “bad job done” back in April, 2016 if she fulfills one more $89 quarterly with us.  If not, we will apply the “early termination fee” that is set forth in the original service agreement which she was given a copy of at the time of signing.

Not a problem.  We will be glad to come back in the Spring(March).  We will ensure that we schedule the quarterly on a Saturday and the we call and confirm it over the phone.  As a side note, when dealing with ants, it'll be important to identify the ants you are having issues with.  Different ants have different behaviors.  Depending on the ant, we have to use specific  products to target them.  We have to use products that take care of the ants from within the colony.  External products and sprays aren't as effective when eradicating ants.  We have multiple products that allow the ants to take the product back to the colony and affect the colony from within.  When dealing with large colonies, it can be a process.
