For three years, this particular consumer and her husband run an advertised veterans remodeling and landscaping company. They do not have landscapers that work for them and find...

trade out advertisement with other landscapers so they can have actual landscapers. For the better part of three years I accepted their deal and would mow twice a month for them, charging them 50% off.
It didn't work for my business so this year they called and told me they already had the advertising started. I told them I would not do it again this year because it was not working for me and I was not receiving any clients from their advertisement. I continued to mow for 50% off. Her husband always stated he didn't want me to mow when the lawn was wet. It has rained 10 consecutive weeks here in St. Louis so there is nothing I can do for that point of time they claim I did not mow. He said I should have called and told them I could not mow since it was raining. I shouldn't have to call them and tell them I cannot mow because it is raining if they can see it is raining.
They mention their neighbor; she would call me and I would call back. I have records that show this. I called 10 consecutive times at one point. I cannot help it if the consumer does not answer their phone or messages left.
I have every one of the consumers invoices and they show that I would mow for $30 and then for free and then for $30; every other mowing was free. I do not make any consumers sign any agreement with me and they are free to terminate service with me just as I am them.
I terminated this consumers agreement when the issue arose about me not cutting the grass when it was wet.
