Do yourself a favor and do not hire this company, or any company in a valpak or money mailer for that matter.
Total scam! In the short, they didn't clean the ducts properly, some at all! Not only that, they broke my furnace! I had to pay hundreds of dollars to have it fixed. Of course, when I contacted them, they claimed it wasn't their fault, but it was confirmed by the hvac technician that it indeed was.
Then, a couple of month later, we had an awful awful mold/mildew/wet dog smell in our hoise constantly that we never had before. Called in a real company who showed my the disgusting jon or lack thereof that envirogreen did. The ducts were still full of debris, pet hair (from preiouv owner. We dont even have a pet!), and dust. They did touch uoon certain things in the hime but just barely.
They arrive with a large basically shop vac and cleaned some of the ducts supposedly. But all the real filth was left in thete for us to breathe. Once my daughters started having a terrible constant cough in combination with the smell, I knew envirogreen had really taken us for a ride.
Despicable company! I even tried to reach out to them prior to posting because I do believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, but nothing. it it's like joe, the owner/manager is proud of the disgusting way he runs thus business. Shame shame shame!
I paid them almost $900 for dirty ducts and breathing problems for my kids! Can you imagine?!
