Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I did speak to Mr [redacted] and he was far from courteous nor did he apologize for his employee using the wrong card and for her stating "she would not reverse any payment until she received a payment from the car owner"In his own words he said "my employees go about a getting a car payment any way they can"They did not rectify the situation, as he said I first called on July 10th and then I had to call back on 7/I still did not receive a payment from themThis caused bills from other important companies to be late and in return hurt my credit scoreI had to personally go and close my bank account and reopen another bank accountThis was a great inconvenienceI will never do business with them and advise others to stay away Regards, [redacted]

I have been a customer with this company for over three years. I have purchased two vehicles from the company which I have had in house financing. ON December 9TH, 2015 I was contacted by the company due to a minor billing issue. The representative was very rude to me and I contacted her back and let her know that I didn't appreciate her tone that she had used with me. Then she went off on me and talked to me as if she was chastising her own child. I would like a formal apology from the representative because I did not deserve to be treated the way I was. I have in the past brought this situation to her supervisor but he did nothing about it. So if I do not hear from the company, I might have to get legal action involved.
