Enviro Breeze

Review: I purchased a vaccum cleaner from Enviro Breeze on May 16, 2012 and paid with a check in full, The salesman, [redacted], wrote down his phone number and the number of a man named [redacted] who I was to call to order supplies. The first part of April I started calling [redacted]'s number to place an order. All I got was a voice mail asking me to leave my number for him to return the call at his convenience. I left no number for him as I am in therapy and Dr. visits and never know when I will be home. After many tries I finally reached [redacted] who informed me that he no longer did supplies and gave me an e-mail address from which to order. This was on April 15, 2013. I immediately e-mailed Enviro Breeze asking to order. On April 17 I got an answer to my e-mail asking what supplies I wanted, I replied back with my order and address. Never got an answer to that. On April 24 I called to company listed in my booklet ###-###-####. I was transferred to "Customer Service" voicemail. I left my name, number and a brief message about my problem. After 4 hours and no reply I then called the salesman, William [redacted] and complained to him and told him I was contacting my attorney. Shortly after that call I received an e-mail from Enviro Breeze telling me that he had been on vacation and again asking for my order. I replied that I had already sent the order on the 17th. I told him to cancel the order that I no longer wanted the equipment and I wanted a refund and my old vacuum back. I got a reply that a portion of my order was in the mail and the rest would be backordered. I again replied about the earlier request, pick up the equipment, refund my money and return my vaccum. Today, April 24, I received the partial order in the mail and it remains unopened. I also again called the 800 number and was referred to customer service voicemail. Finally this afternoon a woman returned my call and got the information from me and said she would try and resolve the problem.Desired Settlement: I want the salesman to pickup the vacuum, give back my money and return my old vaccum. I am not in any condition to fight about this, either physically or emotionly. I am trying Revdex.com and the company rep. to try and get this resolved. If this doesn't work then I will hand this over to my attorney.
