He e-mailed me again telling me did I want him to hire more employees and pay more prices and to go back on his website and reorder which requires more moneyHe told me he would give me a refund two weeks ago and hasn't"t and I even told him I would accept other products he has in stock just to receive something for my moneyHe keeps giving excuses about not having enough employeesIt is taking my time to keep up with this but if I don't , I will not get anything for the moneyThere are other complaints about his company doing this same thing to others The order was placed in October of last year and it doesn't take that long from IndiaI am now ordering directly from the company in India with a very quick turn around timeIt is unprofessional for him to keep discussing his lack of employees etc and how cheap his prices areIt's not cheap if you never receive anything for your moneyThank you so much and just trying to get my orderA*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I do not trust the owner of Natural-LIVING.COM anymore !!! I have been waiting for my order for month, and I do not want to wait additional month !!! The owner of the business is a liar,and he is simply pulling the time I want my $back, as soon as possible !!!

Andrea agreed to the policy when she bought the item. We weill stick to the policy she agreed to and she had oppourtunity not to buy it previouly and she agreed to the policy . We will striclty stick to what she agreed to other stuff does not work for us. If you did not like the policy we were not forcing you to buy it from us it was you who agreed to it.

I have his e-mail stateing a refund. Policy doesn't mean waiting to whenever. It's been 6 months and that is not policy.

business is a liar !!!    I sent messages and called him many times, but he promised me to sent my order next week, after that next week, and next week.....  The owner simply is pulling the time, and ignoring me till now.    Moreover, the owner doesn't want to return me $115.87 back !!!
