Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 17, 2016/07/19) */ ***Document Attached [redacted] This individual came in to our family store requesting and paying for extra starch for his jeansThis is plainly a laundering serviceHis ticket clearly states the services that will be rendered and the price paid for thisOnce his pants were processed he returned stating the pants were pressed wrongWe gladly re-worked the pants at no charge to attempt to fix his concernsAfter they were done, our pressers noticed that the jeans were off, and one side was shorter than the otherWe showed the customer that his pants were not even, he stated he had previously taken them to another cleanersHe was told at the time, that the process of laundering and extra starch was all that was paid for and the length was not touchedThis may have been done by the previous cleaners depending on what he had done to them there We offered to return the money for the cost of dry cleaning and the customer proceeded to yell profanities including the "f word" Everything the store could have done to re-process and offer to return money spent on service was going above and beyond although we do not believe it was something that we did to have one pant leg shorter than the otherIn addition, this is the service he paid for and asked for, acknowledged by the ticket
