It's their ad that is misleading, it says "We service MD, DC and VA and appear nearly weekly (today too) in *** I spent fruitless time on the phone with them only to have them call back and tell me "We don't service that part of VA. Their ad should have some notation as to that effect. That's my complaint

Review: The company envirogreen performed air duct cleaning on 06/13/2014. The cleaning provided was fine, however the technician on site that day caused damage to a drain pipe which lead to a flood in the basement. The company has failed to comply with any repairs to the damages the water leaked has caused which has resulted in wet/moldy carpet, mold treatment to the wall and base board. The company has yet to acknowledge that their technician caused the damages. Three days after the work was completed is when the water started leaking through the wall from the location of the work that was done by the technician. Prior to this, my home did not have any water leaks that would have caused such damages.Desired Settlement: I would like a $500 refund for the insurance deductible I had to pay to my insurance company due to having to file an insurance claim to fix the damages.

Review: A Maryland company, Envirogreen Cleaning and Restoration advertises in the [redacted] that they "Service MD, DC and VA". In fact, they only service the Metro area but the ad does not say that. I called and they refused to come to my location. The ad is misleading and false. I would like my free inspection, one week only as advertised. they refused to come to my location. this ad was in this week's WaPo.Desired Settlement: they come to my residence and provide what they advertise on the Free Basis that they put in the WaPo
