I received horrible customer service when I got my car smog tested. The mechanics got really upset because they got locked out of the vehicle. They rudely complained that they were not notified that the car locks automatically. My father told them that the information was in the paperwork. The smog was not passed because according to them there was a serial number on a part that didn't "match". I'm fine with fixing the car to make it legal to drive. The problem was in the explanation of why it didn't pass smog. Also, when the mechanics were finished the secretary informed us that the keys were in the car. We looked and looked and didn't find it. We finally found it on the outside of the vehicle, on the running board where anyone could have taken it. When the secretary was trying to get clarification from the mechanics as to why it didn't pass and gave a possibility, one mechanic brushed off the question and walked away.

Review: On 4/18/2014 @ approximately 9:15am I went to Enviro Smog to get my 1992 Lincoln Town Car smoged. Enviro Smog failed the car. I left their and went home to make phone calls to find another reputable smog station. The place I was referred to was Tokay Shell 420 W. Kettleman Ln. Lodi, CA. At approximately 11:30am the 1992 Lincoln Town Car passed the smog inspection given then. I called Enviro Smog to retain a refund and was denied my request. Please help me with this problem.Desired Settlement: To be refunded the 31.75 paid to Enviro Smog, plus a 25:00 dollar inconvience fee for there miss conduct, and a full investigation of there deceitful misconduct.
