Customer was contacted on Aug 4, 2017 and the containers he wanted removed from his property were removed on Aug 4, 2017. The customers request has been completed

I am rejecting this response because:2 dumpsters were PAID for in advance via my personal Credit Card(stupid mistake I won't make again). One dumpster was Days late costing me money in Contractor down time. The second dumpster came almost a Week after it was suppose to be & later on TAKEN WHILE EMPTY. I paid for TWO-only received One & I had a Difficult time getting that refunded. Also-WEEKS later they charged me "overage/over tonage"...literally a day or so After I received my refund. Long story short-they Finally refunded me the dumpster I never used & $200 toward the over tonage. NOW they have continued to bill me for the amount of $471.80. I reached out Twice to their company to dispute this & recieved no help or no return phone call. They sent me the "60 day past due notice"--of course if they plan on taking this to collections; I will contact my lawyer. They should be Seriously looked into as if this is happening to me-I wonder who would have just Paid them the extra charge so they would go away?I owe this company Nothing as I had paid for their Drop Bottom service months ago. I recommend this be resolved within 10 days as this is when their company will take me to "collections". Thank you.

Spoke with Mr. [redacted]. We will credit his account $201.00
the amount we charged for overage fees.

our company, we charged his card for overage fees the same day we issued him a
credit.

requests.
