[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: dumpsters were PAID for in advance via my personal Credit Card(stupid mistake I won't make again)One dumpster was Days late costing me money in Contractor down timeThe second dumpster came almost a Week after it was suppose to be & later on TAKEN WHILE EMPTYI paid for TWO-only received One & I had a Difficult time getting that refundedAlso-WEEKS later they charged me "overage/over tonage"...literally a day or so After I received my refundLong story short-they Finally refunded me the dumpster I never used & $toward the over tonageNOW they have continued to bill me for the amount of $I reached out Twice to their company to dispute this & recieved no help or no return phone callThey sent me the "day past due notice"--of course if they plan on taking this to collections; I will contact my lawyerThey should be Seriously looked into as if this is happening to me-I wonder who would have just Paid them the extra charge so they would go away? I owe this company Nothing as I had paid for their Drop Bottom service months agoI recommend this be resolved within days as this is when their company will take me to "collections"Thank you Regards, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] was upset that after all he went through with our company, we charged his card for overage fees the same day we issued him a credit.
