The company performed work at my home, between Mar 26, 2019 and June 4,2019. They installed a walk-in Shower with Handicapped Accessibility. The floor was not done properly, it's unlevel and has a Two inch fall from the Drain to the Walls. It causes you to slide toward the drain even though the tiles are non slip tiles.
I discussed this with the Business Principal, Office Manager,and Foreman at the closing of the work, when final payment was being executed. The workers never returned to fix the floor issue.
It is unsafe in the shower for me, as I am a Disabled Veteran with Knee and Hip INJURY. I want them to come back and fix the floor.

Yes we did do the work described above by Mr.. On the completion and in order for us to receive final payment Mr. and Mrs *** had to sign a Excellent service endorsement or COS. This was signed on 8-22-2019. (see attached) We met with Mr. and Mrs *** and went over the job and was more than fair to reduce our price for the completion of the job. Since that day we have not heard from the Calvins or even knew this was still an issue. This is not a Handicap shower. There was not enough room to meet Handicap guidelines. The doors could not be enlarged enough for handicap accessibility. We will work with Mr. and Mrs *** to come to a reasonable conclusion.
