I had Unique Home Inspections did a Post-Test on a remediation project.
After he tested the room, he told me the price of the room. *** went out of his way to tell me he had done a swab test, because it was my son's room. He also charged for this. I was curious about the "swab test". So, I watched the video of that room. In the video, it shows No Swab Testing at all. The video does show *** walked around the room, talked on his phone, and at one point he was talking to himself. Not once did he preform any swabbing of any kind. Maybe it is because there was nothing to swab for and he knew it.
it is all on video.
The testing was done on May 17th and began at 9:23am on that Friday.
There was no reason for him to lie and lose his integrity. But he did anyway.
I confronted him via text message:
Me: Why isn't the swab test written in your report? I am giving you the chance to come forth and be honest with me. Give me the refund for not doing the swab test.
*** I'm trying to find out with the lab. it's not even yours swab. I'm charging by the job
Me: your invoice is itemized with a charge for swab testing. you have it on paper.
*** So I'm trying to call you and explain you I just got off the phone with the lab the sample its not even belong to you The way I charge per inspection mold visual/visual inspection 425. Its in your invoice. The itemizing its for bigger jobs. If the $85 hurt you I will mail you $85.
Me: Yes I would like you to send the 85. Please send me the Chain of Custody to prove your swab test.
*** I did it right on top can't you see it'
Me: Via Email. The full report via email Seriously, I am waiting.
*** Mr. at this point I'm asking please stop texting me I'm at work. The pic of the chine is on top u can c it clear.
Me: Please send me the report via email.
I am asking for the full report because of his cheap move of taking a picture of a quarter of the report isn't a full report. plus the project name is not my name! *** won't send the report. it is B.S.

Billing Adjustment I have video and the text messaging of it all. The reports aren't matching up. If Kobi, can prove to me the actual lab report that is-mine from the lab of AEML and give me full report proof of Chain of Custody on the swab test. I will not ask for the $85.00 refund. however, if he can not produce the documents and refuses to give me my swab test report from the lab (not someone else's). I would like a refund of $85.00.

I was at mr *** for a mold inspection 1st time and 2nd time
in the 2nd time we was sampling air sample some hoe in my error swab got in thr sample results and mr *** call to find out abut it I i explain to him its was a mistake and all went nice he was asking for 1 sample refund I explained hime I dont work by sample just by a job he press for a refund
and I decline .
