Review: On March 31, 2015 we hired US inspect to perform a home inspection of a home we made an offer on. The results of the inspection found mold in the crawlspace. The owners hired [redacted] with EnviroGroup per our request to remediate the mold and install a vapor rder. They paid $4,250 for this service and produced a paid invoice and a statement from [redacted] indicating the work was performed. After we closes on the property, we then listed the property for sale again due to relocation. On July 14, the relocation company forwarded an inspection of the property performed and found mold again in the crawlspace just 3.5 months later. [redacted] charged us $2,125 to return to the property on August 28, 2015 and remediate the mold again and to insulate the HVAC pipes which he said were causing moisture and insulating them would mitigate that. So, a total of $6,375 for all this work. The relocation company entered into a contract with a buyer and a third inspection was performed today September 9 just 12 days after the remediation was performed for a second time and found the presence of visible mold in the crawlspace yet again.Desired Settlement: We already paid $625 to [redacted] up front for the cost of the insulation materials which he never did provide the invoice for the cost of the materials as I requested. We request a statement from [redacted] with Envirogroup that we do not owe any additional money.
