I placed an order on February 28,2020 for the amount of $56.95 (US dollars) for compost accelerator. My credit card was charged that day for the above amount. I never received the product which I ordered.
I called (left messages) and emailed during the first few weeks in April with no answer and assumed that due to COVID-19 that the employees were not working. I used *** messenger to contact the company on April 27 to find out if they were open. I received a reply on April 27 that stated the following:
"Thanks for messenging us. We try to be as responsive as possible. We'll
get back to you soon."
On April 29, I received a message that stated that due to COVID-19 they were trying to resume normal operations. It then requested me to email the order number to ***@sancorindustries.com.
I emailed them twice at ***@sancorindustries.com (as per their request).
On June 1, I tried *** messenger again and stated that I had yet to receive my product and listed the things I had done. I acknowledged that I understood about Covid-19, but that I could no longer wait for a product to be sent. I requested a refund or my product to be sent immediately. I let the company know that I would be notifying the Revdex.com and my credit card company if I didn't hear from them.
The only reply was the following message back on June 1:
"Thanks for messaging us. We try to be as responsive as possible. We'll get back to you soon."
It is now July 8, 2020. I have received no product and no refund.
I would like to be refunded for the amount I paid on February 28, 2020 which was $56.95.

It is now July 23, 2020, eight days after this file from Revdex.com was received. I have not received any communication from Envirolet/Sancor; I have not received the product I ordered; nor have I received a refund.
I am extremely disappointed with this company
We purchased a VF700 toilet in august 2018 as a back up to the unit we already had. We went to install it in summer of 2019 the toilet was defective. We contacted Sancore they told us to send the unit back so we did they repaired the toilet an said it arrived with a broken seat witch was repaired. The unit was to be sent back to us but it never was we have tried calling an sent emails with no response.

I purchased, on line, on March 7, 2016 a SmartFlush Composting Toilet System from Sancor Industries Ltd . It has never worked properly and twice in the last two years it has flooded and had to be pumped out. It is still under warranty and when I requested a replacement part that was not functioning at all, I was *** by the company. I have received one email response asking for more information about the broken part which I promptly sent and have heard nothing since.
*** I would like a full refund of the purchase price.
I want full reimbursement of the total USD 6,554.40. The whole system is useless. I am not seeking reimbursement for additional supplies I purchased trying to get the thing to work properly. Thanks you.
The system has a 5 year parts warranty.
Used systems are not returnable.we have thousands working over 30 years.
we are willing to assist the customer by calling the customer service line.

I have already requested the replacement of a warrantied part. They responded, after two months, with questions for more specifics, which I immediately sent. No response after that. It's been three months with no toilet and still no action on their part. I have called, left messages on all contact numbers and emails listed, this is totally unsatisfactory. At the very least, Envirolet should replace, for free, the part I need to operate the system. I notified them on 2/6/20 that I will sue for full replacement of purchase price if I do not hear from them by 2/29/2020. So, they want me to call again - I will but if they don't respond, my lawyer will send the next communication.
We stand on our warranties. They are best in the industry.

This part is not functioning. I need a replacement, on the warranty, as soon as possible.
I have been requesting this replacement for three months.
I purchased an envirolet MS 10 composting toilet on envirolet/sancors online website on January 1st,2020 for $1,867 (order # ***) The toilet was never shipped,my phone calls and emails werenever returned for 3 weeks,and now,when I finally contacted sancor today,they tell me they won't refund my money,either
A full refund of my money for a product I purchased,but never received
No one should trust this company. We bought one of their toilets - it didn't work properly so we hired someone to fix it (Sancor had agreed to pay the cost). The toilet got fixed, but Sancor ignored repeated requests for payment.
We are into the fifth year of use with this system and a problem has developed during the past two summers. We have tried numerous times to contact Sancor in Oshawa to no avail. Always the same recording that they are closed for a special holiday. This message has been on for three days after the July 2 weekend. Emails go unanswered. I have a bad feeling about this in that I think the company is going under and is getting their ducks in a row to close down. We live too far distant to drive there and check. Our system worked very well until now that it needs repairs.
