Review: They have failed to deliver items which were included in the cleaning of an automobile after 9 months of repeated calling them and letting messages on their voicemail.Desired Settlement: They were supposed to deliver automobile floor mats as part of the automobile cleaning they performed in July and August of 2013. I paid the $500.00 deductible that my car insurance did not cover so I feel the mats are due to me. I have contacted them once or twice every week for the past months and once was told they would be delivered on Dec. 26, 2013 (they were not) and once was told they would be delivered on a Monday in March, 2014. (They were not.) I want the floor mats!
