We are very sorry that Mr [redacted] is upset, the General Manager of our Toyota store, [redacted] has researched the issue and the Q-Cert at time of sale [redacted] has sent Mr [redacted] 's contact information as well as his policy# to The Warranty Resource Group and tried to resolve but unfortunately,was advised that nothing that could be done on their end since the vehicle is out of warranty

We have been informed by Toyota that this matter has been
turned over to *** Toyota in *** **.
*** Toyota performed the aftermarket installation on Mr***’s
seats and will be working with Toyota and Mr*** to resolve the issue

We are sincerely sorry that Mr*** did not receive a call from our Service Writer to discuss the repair and related cost before any work was done. This inaction is completely unacceptable not the way we do business. |We have addressed this issue with our employee and are
confident that this will not happen again.We are processing a full refund in the amount of $and hope that Mr*** accepts our apology for our mistake. We hope to work with him again soon

Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. The refunding of the tow charge does not excuse the incompetence of the service department which caused the problem, or the fact that I was without the use of my vehicle for two days. They did not refund the money in a timely manner as promised. It took two weeks and a call to their customer relations/general manager before the money was refunded. Their service manager had promised an immediate refund upon presentation of the receipt for towing, and that did not happen.

We have refunded $188 to the customer and are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

David came to our home selling water systems. The Buckeye water is absolutely horrible. We were getting 5 gallon bottles of water and buying ice. spending $50+ a month of both. It was a pain to do constantly. Our daughter one day asked if we had just used bleach in the sink. We did not, it was the chlorine in the water. David was friendly and patient. He was not pushy at all. He was very willing to cut to explain things clearly. He was very honest about the financing portion as well. He wasn't the typical sales person. He maintained excellent contact with us before, during and after the install. He even came and cut our counter top personally. He ensured we have all of the information we would ever need for service and maintenance. There is a huge difference in the quality of water coming from all of the facets in the house and the water is drinkable now. No need to buy ice or bottled water again.

Environmental Aqua was recommended to us by a neighbor. I value word of mouth references so we gave the company a call. Our contact Rep (David) came to our residence to explain the product. We were extremely satisfied with RO System & with David's presentation. There was no pressure to buy, the system sold itself.

Environmental Aqua installed our new system today. The technicians were both quick & efficent. They made sure all of our questions were answered before leaving and they did not make a mess.

Our family is very happy that we choose Environmental Aqua for our RO System. In todays market there a so many companies out there. Choosing one that is both fair and competitively priced is not easy. I will recommend David and Environmental Aqua to my friends and neighbors!

Environmental aqua has been a pleasure to deal with. The installation was perfect and the sales rep was outstanding.

Environmental Aqua is a straight forward business. I have nothing but praise and thanks to the owner and his plumbers. I had another water softner company product in my home, but then Environmental Aqua showed up and said the whole installation was a disaster and health problem. They took out the old one and installed theirs, with very high professional work.

[redacted] is Phenom! Guy comes buy and sells me on a whole home water softner. Then follows up sparodically. then comes by with a great deal on a solar water heater. BAM got that too, if only he had talked me into a pool and a river that ran through the house :D. Awesome guy haven't had any problems with installs or equipment, continually goes above and beyond and just seems like a good guy in general.
