Review: Enviromental Design was hired(and paid) to repair soft spots in the drainage ditch in front of residence which prevented homeowner from mowing the lawn in these areas. The contract states that the work completed will guarantee to fix these soft spots so that homeowner can mow lawn. The work has not been completed, one half of owners lawn is a 'live' stream, which means it cannot be mowed(as agreed to). Environmental Design has been contacted numerous times over the last three months both in writing and by phone to complete to work as agreed to. Environmental Design agreed to re-grading the ditch to allow proper drain off, eliminating soft spots, and allowing homeowner to mow lawn. The work has not still not been completed.Desired Settlement: Complete the job as agreed upon.

Verbatum per the contract:

"provide one year guarantee of water drainage performance = proper drainage as long as no damage occurs to the reworked areas, that would recreare the conditions that were resolved by the above work"
