Review: From the beginning of this process, [redacted] was unresponsive even after several attempts to contact him. On many documented occasions, I asked hi to call and reach out to me to discuss my concerns. If he texted me back, the texts were illiterate and I asked him to call or clarify what they meant. Many times, I let [redacted] know that communication was the most important thing to me and he still failed to meet this expectation. I also tried calling him on several occasions but he never answered and his [redacted] voice mail was not set up.

The work his team did was awful. He was paid to put down screened top soil and grass. We are still finding boulder-sized rocks, along with many other small rocks. It is clear the soil was not screened and questionable that he even put down top soil. Absolutely no grass is growing, just weeds. When I asked [redacted] to fix the entire lawn, he only fixed a portion of it - which was also done incorrectly and equally poor. Other vendors, both in and out of the space, have commented on what an awful job he did. In order to achieve the desired outcome that [redacted] was asked to perform, we need to re-do the entire yard. We are asking that [redacted] return our money for this portion of the project so that we can have a professional landscaper perform the services his team was not able to.Desired Settlement: The "screened" top soil was for $2500. The seed was for $250, totaling $2750.[redacted] gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash, therefore we are asking him to refund $2,475 in cash.
