Dear Revdex.com, I have attached a picture of the website, that I took on 11/16/I was looking to book a vacation 12/6/2014-12/12/As you can clearly see, my dates fell on low season ratesThis company did not honor thatIt was not a holiday and there were no special events, so their "black out dates" do not applyI was booking for more than days, so the "higher rate" that is explained for shorter stays, does not applyI am well aware of when Iron man was, I did not try to book my vacation stay during this hectic timeWhen I did speak with Anna and explain that their website stated my dates were considered low season, she stated that the company changed the high season rates to start in October and she could not give me low season rates even though the company was advertising differentlyThis is called bait and switchThis Revdex.com complaint and conversation with Anna, happened over months agoAnna, I would assume, talks to multiple people per dayI'm in doubt that Anna remembers this specific conversation, especially since she is stating that I inquired about booking during ***, which is incorrect

Regarding complaint from complainant [redacted], our advertising on our website clearly states we have a black out period along with dates that are blocked specifically at high season rates (Ex: Month of October are our [redacted] rates which are considered to be high season). [redacted] was...
notified of the dates that she requested fell under our high season rates and we will not honor low season rates during high season. We also specify in our ad that we do reserve the right to run specials, incease or decrease rates at any given time and at our discression. When [redacted] called to reserve a unit, she was calling for dates in October which falls in our [redacted] category and our rates will remain at high season pricing. Resolution: She may absolutely book a reservation at our high season rates should she decide to book a unit between the dates of October 1- April 15. If these rates do not work for her, then she may book a unit at our Low Season rates during our low season period which are April 16- September 30.
