We came out on a service callThe diagnostic fee for a service call is you didn't move forward on recommended repairswhile I understand you are not happy with our diagnosis or our repair strategythe fee will not be refundedyou can not have services rendered and not like it so you get a refund that is not how it works

I am rejecting this response because:
By reading your very unprofessional response and lack of resolution, my only hope going forward is that you properly train your staff to diagnose issues accuratelyI am completely aware of a service charge for services rendered, but in this case, your technician misdiagnosed our issue (and I have proof of that with our receipts of actual repair work done) at the tune of nearly $2,I paid you for that service call immediatelyIf I would have authorized your diagnoses of repair, I would have had to call you back again and would have been charged another service charge, “because that’s how your company works” You and your company are a complete scam! I wish we would have done our homework before allowing your company the privilege of providing such a huge part of our family and homes comfort, efficiency, and performance You have caused our family financial stress, physical stress, and I hope others read all the poor reviews regarding you and your company before doing business with youYou stole our money and our time!
If anyone reading this needs any heating, A/c or related work or repair PLEASE stay clear of Rick and Capital Control Systems!! Definitely call around and read the companies reviews online first! If I would have done so myself, I wouldn’t have been exposed to this nightmare!
It seams by your responses here with the Revdex.com you will not return the $service charge which would easily make this whole situation go away, we will continue our efforts with the contractors boardWe will see what they have to say when they inspect our evaporator coil and your diagnoses and estimate of repairs needed.

Electrical 11/27/2017- Customer came into the shop compaining that *** had put the filter in wrong and caused his generator to malfuction*** told him that we will have *** go back out and do the maintenance again, correctly including
change the oil again and all filters at no chargeCustomer was not happy with this outcome and said that he should be refunded his service fee as services were not rendered*** explained to him that We were requested by him to do mainteance on his units and that he wanted new batteries supplied by him installed at the timeEverything was working fine at that timeNo further trouble shooting was requiredWe were then called out as one of the batteries was dead againUpon ***s diagnosis, the battery charger was bad and needed replacedCustomer opted to come get the charger and install it himself and only pay the T&M diagnostic of $+ the cost of the chargerThis service was renderedThere is not refundAgain he offered to have *** come out at no charge to redo the maintenace for him at no charge and customer refused

Mr ***, I am sorry you are not satisfied with our serviceYour system has a 10-year parts warranty and 1-year laborYou have not had any service since we installed the systemYou received a packet with warranty information at the time of installI know it is frustrating when you pay for a new
system and it has a failure within a few yearsUnfortunately these things happenWe sent out our technician Darth that has over years experience and apparently you were not happy with his diagnosisI can appreciate thatIt is a diagnosisHe was there for two hours looking at your systemHe was supposed to charge you moreHe decided not to charge the standard charge due to the unfortunate circumstance, therefore, we still stand by our decision to charge the $diagnosis fee? We are the only Trane dealer in the Reno Sparks area so the fact that you say you had another Trane dealer look at it is a little suspectThey may be able to buy Trane parts but that doesn't make them a dealer? As far as the $450.00, it is a charge that will be refunded once we get our credit form our distributer? As I mentioned before in a phone conversation, when you have to get a new part they charge us for the part then process warranty against invoice later so we need that to cover the invoice if they don't cover the warranty claimLike a core charge, we will reimburse you the money once the claim is processed and paidIf they decide to see proof of service on your equipment they will not cover warranty claim on partsI have seen this happen in the past? You haven't done any service on your system, therefore, they can deny your claim
