Purchased this underlie kit from an audio shop within the last monthsBattery died on theremote so I bought a new batteryStill nothing changesI get on with tech support and they decide to tell me I can buy a new remote and see if that fixes it and if not I can buy a new control box to see if that worksTech stated they had a year warranty on all parts buy because it was bought at a shop they can't help meShop stated they stopped using their products because of junk equipment and numerous problems with equipmentTech told me he finds it strange that my remote won't pair but offers no assistance other then for me to buy a remote and see if that works and if not buy a new control box to see if that does itEven with the year warranty in place I still have to buy basically a new kit
