I (Ryan G***) am the new owner of Environmental Termite and Pest Control Services and wanted to let everyone know where I standThe first response that was given was from me (Ryan G***) without ever given the complaint (from Revdex.com) to properly respond too ( I did not know there was a complaint to the Revdex.com)So with that being said I am going to re-submit a first response followed by a response to *** *** rejected responseI also had the technician write down his recollection of the day the tables were treatedFirst ResponseFrom the records of our system the initial inspection was for the farm tables onlyJon the tech went out and inspected the tables and gave her a verbal price on which she agreedHe returned and treated the tables and his recollection of the treatment is attachedThe floors in her home are restored farm wood (which majority of reclaimed wood has previous evidence of powder post beetles, the best way to tell of an active infestation is from the seal put over the floor being broken or seeing actual shavings of wood or new holes being formed). *** is labeled for powder post beetles and Jon followed the label for treatment, the treatment was given a three month warranty. I had been in contact with *** *** and was personally going to go and inspect the furniture and floors to what the other company claimed needed an extensive treatment*** *** did not want me to come out and inspect. The $was returned to her, and I admit in an untimely fashion (out of my control)I believe that none of this would have come to be an issue if the $was refunded when we agreed on refunding her moneySecond Response: Environmental was never informed that there was a finish on the tablesThe second inspector that went out to offer a treatment was not informed completely of the situation and the offer stated was out of not knowing the situationI (Ryan G***) offered to come out and inspect the tables, floors and come to an agreement on treatment, *** *** did not want me to come out and inspect anythingThe rodent issue was not in the initial complaint, and we did set up rodent control around the garage as requested by the home ownerNo rodent evidence was ever noted from our bait boxes (inspected quarterly) and since an inspection was rejected by *** *** the rodent infestation in the attic is all speculationBy the time *** *** notified us of the tables in her garage the warranty had expiredIf I was allowed to go and inspect her home, tables, garage, attic etc I could of avoided all of her expenses, since I was not even allowed to inspect to see what the other company claimed to be true I reject paying in further money

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:It is not truthful on many fronts The technician was told about the finish on the tables and it is plainly evident I never rejected an offer for the owner of the company to come see the damage The *** is not an approved treatment as it was used on finished tables The technician was never denied access to the home for inspection There was frass in the floors from an active powder post beetle problem - the technician was just not knowledgeable enough, or diligent enough, to recognize it Again - tables were treated as it started to rain We were asked to move them with wet boric acid on them, and at the technician's guidance, we were told to stack them on each other (still wet), which caused significant damage to the woodThey were also treated on our driveway next to the well and drainfield The technician was in the garage for treatments of the home several times while the tables were deteriorating, but they waited until the warranty had run out to then tell me they would treat again at several times the original treatment costs By then several of the tables were too damaged to salvage Refunding the $is insignificant and a no-brainer and should have happened immediately (why a timely refund is out of the control of the "owner" is confusing) The damage caused to my furniture, and floors of my house, and the major time and inconvenience caused to me and my family by their negligence is the real issue here There's a major integrity problem and competence problem with this company
