Like the other reviews and complaints on here, the same exact thing happened to meWe were sent anonymous "Welcome Wagon" free-gift postcards multiple timesI assumed that they were from our HOAAfter we contacted them, I was told I could get a $gift card if I wanted or a coupon bookThey also threw in a free water inspection saving us $We were suspicious and bluntly told them we were not interested in any sales pitchesWe were told it would be minutesWe also told them over the phone before they came out that there was no way we were going to buy anything as we did not want to waste their time or ours and we were assured it was just more for our information and not a sales pitchHe got here at 7:45pm for our 8:00pm appointment time and did not leave until 10:25pm even though we turned down his $offer this "one night only" at 9:45pmThe rest of the time was spent defending myself and my reasons for not buying his system until he finally leftI was so upset I had to literally leave the roomHe even had the gall to act like I had wasted HIS time! On top of his incredibly unprofessional hard close and insulting tactics, his basic logic was way off, claiming that their water system would eliminate basic upkeep to our water pipes and plumbing, like water filter replacement, etcOf course this would only be expounded when you factor in the upkeep of their ridiculously priced systems, which includes filters you have to replace! I have a hard time trusting a company that requires a purchase the same day or the deal is off, eitherThere was no, "Well think about" or "If you decide months from now,"...Legitimate companies don't use those hard pressure sales tacticsOverall, I did not appreciate this wasted evening when we were honest and upfront about the whole thingThis felt like a scam and I felt violated afterward to the point where I have told everyone I know about this experienceIf you want a water purification system, look elsewhereI know I amOn a side note, I'm disappointed that Revdex.com gave this company an "A" rating after so many complaints against them
