This email is a response to the letter we received regarding [redacted] complaint:We received the complaint from the customer regarding payment was taken out of account unauthorizedMrand Mrs [redacted] had signed a year contract with us and contract was still valid until customer requested to have it dissolvedWhile refunding the customer's money, the banks were processing payment, we received a call everyday from the customer; some of these calls were very disrespectful.As requested from customer, the money was refunded and accounts with us terminated.Thank you,Enviropest Control
