[redacted] was told that even though we do not warrant our product for damage done by rodents, we would repair the hole in her liner at not charge when we are in the area She persists in emailing our company with rambling messages of a personal nature We at no time "refused" to take care of the hole in her liner We stand behind our products and take exception to her assertion that the liner we installed is inferior The liner is not meant to deter rodents or animals and/or insects of any kind The liner is meant as a moisture barrier only We already wasted one trip to her home for an emergency visit which turned out to be a plumbing leak She subsequently called a plumber to fix that problem We only charged her half of what our fee is for emergency visits and that has not been paid There is nothing more that we can do for this customer except to reassure her that we will repair that hole Ms [redacted] needs to exercise some measure of patience and wait until we are in the area again to make that repair unless she is willing to pay for her last emergency visit and a subsequent emergency visit at full price

Review: I had my crawl space encapsulated by Enviropro Basement Systems in November 2013. The encapsulation included a CleanSpace Liner that has a 25-year warranty "to be free from holes and tears... or repair at no charge." They also installed a drain cover by the step-down entrance into the crawl space, which has a hole in it - it seems to have been chewed through by a mouse which then chewed through the liner and died in the crawl space. [redacted] the owner of Enviropro, is now refusing to fix the hole even after an email he sent me stating that he would. I have been trying to connect with him to fix this problem and have received no response. At no time during my business with [redacted] did he ever mention that damage by a mouse would even be a remote possibility, just the opposite; the literature he gave me is so misleading that one would assume the encapsulation would help to prevent any damage from any pest. If the drain cover that was installed was not inferior, this would not even be an issue. If he refuses to install a proper drain cover, then he will be taking the chance of this occurring again and having to repair another hole in the liner at another time. The fact that I live on a one-ace piece of land that is half wooded, I should have been informed that damage by mice could be a possibility before I decided to install their product.Desired Settlement: The hole in the liner needs to be repaired and the cover to the drain needs to be replaced as soon as possible. They need to honor their warranty.
