Her report was completed on October 14 2016. It was emailed on 10/15, 10/25, and 11/7. I know she had an issue with her spam or something because I would tell her to check. She did call one day and I was out teaching and told her to email me and I didn’t hear anything. I have sent it... multiple times. Of the confidential nature of the report, she can sign a release and I can send it to the BBB.
