Review: We hired [redacted] from Enviroscapes less than a year ago to do a complete makeover on our front yard to include planting trees, plants and install a drip system throughout the front yard. A job that was suppose to take them one week turn into three weeks. Finally, when the drip system was installed it was installed incorrectly and flooded our yard causing a extremely high water bill. When we contacted [redacted] it took him a couple of days to return to fix the problem and as of today 8/26/2013 it's still not working properly, I have to water some of my plants by hand to avoid flooding. [redacted], who I assume is the owner of Enviroscapes guarantees his work for 1 year and says if plants, trees etc. die he will come out and replace them...LIAR!. A few plants died shortly after the work was done and a pigmy multi palm tree died also within the year. After several months of trying to contact [redacted] he has stilled failed to come out and remove the dead tree that sits in my yard. I have to call from unknown numbers for [redacted] to answer my calls. His excuse when he recognizes who I am is, his company is growing and he is really busy...UNACCEPTABLE!!!I have been trying to contact [redacted] for months and have left several messages with his office manager Priscilla about this problem and he has refused to yet return my calls or come back out to replace the tree and plants he guarantees. This company's creditability is not trustworthy and they "DO NOT" stand by their product and services. Once they have your money and are done with the job...they are done with you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMAPNY...THEY ARE CROOKS!!!Desired Settlement: I would like for Enviroscapes to come and repair drip system where leaking and remove and replace all dead trees and plants. If not done in a timely matter (within a week) I want a full refund.

Hello, To whom it may concern:

First we would like to apologize about any inconvenience we may have caused. We went out to property this morning 8/27/2013 between 7 and 8 am to remove the dead tree in question. We received this complaint today at 11:25 am, I am sure [redacted] the Homeowner is unaware that we have taken care of the issue. For the warranty and time frame that is stated by homeowner is incorrect if you see in the attached PDF, you will find her and her husbands invoice, which is clearly over 2 years ago. We first did work in July of 2011. The contract states that the warranty for irrigation is as follows, [2 year warranty on all sprinkler products installed by Enviroscapes]which has expired. It is also up to the homeowner to maintain system once it is installed ie. emitters sprinkler nozzles and to keep clean to have a proper watering on all plants and trees. For the plants and trees [We had a 90 day warranty in place] which has expired as well in October 2011. [redacted] and her husband did call us for other work after a year later to do repairs and so on, and we did this at no cost to them. Again it is the Homeowners responsibility to maintain sprinklers and so on, after installation. Please contact us with any questions. Thank you Enviroscapes of Arizona.
